Very fun for the kids. Not good for kids under 2. The pleasant grove area doesn't have a spot for them to play safely. The equipment was very old and a lot of it was run down. Ideal place to have a kid's birthday party here - kids get to run around and play in the bounce houses, while the adults get to mingle in the assigned room for the party. You can also bring your own food for the party as well, which is great! One downside is this place doesn't seem to have proper air circulation inside (it hits you right when you come in). This is a fun place to let the kids get out a bunch of energy. It isn't super expensive and the littles can play for hours. The only downside I would say was that a couple of the games were either off or broken so the game cards were not as easy to use. But overall a fun time and would go back. read more

This was a very clean and well maintained location. I've never been to an indoor play place like this; so I don't have anything to compare it to, but the kids enjoyed it so that's a win! They have a few couches, tables and chairs spread throughout the place for parents to sit on and I really appreciated that. My 2 year old and 16 year old had a blast! There are a few inflatables that have signs if there is an age limit of weight limit; but there were a lot of things my 16 year old went on with our 2 year old. EVERYONE needs to be wearing socks to enter the play area; so don't forget socks (that includes the parents). Very fun place! My kids beg me to take them here. One entrance included on the get out pass if you have it! It's very spacious with lots of seating room for parents. There is a gate at the entrance so your kids can't leave without you, which is a great safety feature. There are so many fun bounce houses for all ages. Some have slides and obstacle courses! first visit and I was very impressed. We went to the n. Redwood road location. The facility was clean, amazing considering the number of critters running around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Appeared the go to for single parents as it was full of them. No cost for parents and for our 2 and 5 year old it was just over $12 total. I went today since my 2 year old daughter has been cooped up due to the cold and she had a ton of energy and it was perfect. she ran around like a crazy person and went down the slides about 100 times. i also brought my two teenage boy cousins and they loved it as well. i was super impressed with the guy working today. he had blonde hair and he told me his name but i forgot - maybe austin? anyway, SUPER nice and great employee and was constantly cleaning the games and areas so it felt super clean and safe. we will definitely be back. thanks for a fun winter day! read more

We've come here a ton using the summer pass that we bought last year. I think it was around $70 for my son to play all summer and my wife and I got to join along. It was awesome to get out of the heat and have a place to still have a ton of fun. We also came to a good amount of times during the winter. It's a bummer when one or two of the bounce houses or slides is down, but usually, they have a new one up by the time we are there again a week or two later. They also have couches and seating tables for parents to socialize while the kids play. I wish they would get the orange couches and white chairs replaced with something new. Those seating areas are right near the action with kids if you want to watch your younger children but they are super uncomfortable. read more

Such a fun place for the kids and kids at heart. My daughter and friends had an amazing time here for her bday party. The staff was awesome at making sure we were taken care of with our pizzas/drinks/supplies. The best part as a mom, this place is clean! We all checked our socks as we were leaving and none of our socks were black and filthy like we were expecting. The location is conveniently located off of I-15 and is minutes from a few quick and easy food choices if you need lunch for the little ones (Maceys grocery store, Costa Vida, Panda Express), although you should eat before or after as you can't bring in outside food or drinks. The location is indoors, air conditioned, and clean. Our group had kids ranging from 1.5 - 5 years and they had a blast. Definitely worth checking out. With respect to the reviews regarding staff attentiveness, watch your own children. This isn't a day care and you're not paying for someone to supervise them. If you were, you'd be paying a lot more than $5-$10 a head. read more

My family and I were in Orem, UT and it was a rainy day. We had checked out of our hotel and wanted something to do to entertain the kids before heading back to Las Vegas. We looked on Yelp! and found Kangaroo Zoo. Figured, we not... ...it was incredible! We had a fantastic time. The gentleman who was working the counter that morning (April 16th) was a pleasure. Loved his accent. The place was great. We have something similar here in Las Vegas but it's not at one single location. This had what we were looking for in one location. The many inflatable bounce places were great. Nice they have signs with weight limits on it (keep us pesky parents out of there). The non-bouncing play structure in the middle of the play area was great. My kids absolutely loved it. The slide was probably one of my favorite things. How can a simple slide be so amazing? It's because most places I take my kids have slides that they get stuck to or go down slowly. This one they had no issues and came zooming down (safely mind you!). Overall, I would give this 10 stars if I could. Thank you for the wonderful time. We all appreciated it and next time we're in Orem, UT (I know, not the exact location but that's where we visit for Skippers), we will make sure to come by and play for a few hours. read more

Yes, this is a fun place for kids, but they really aren't equipped or organized for much more than letting you into the door. I had a party scheduled (they promise invitations, a staff member to be there for you, balloons, etc). NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. I called multiple times, left multiple messages that were never returned. Finally, the day of, they confirmed that my party was still scheduled (after I called another location to complain). We headed here after seeing this became an option on our get out passes and figured we'd try it out before they expire. Though it was our first time here I knew pretty much what to expect. When we got there the man didn't ask if we had filled out liability forms though I already had online. There was no supervision by staff the whole time. There were older children that were jumping off places they weren't supposed to which was making me nervous around my smaller children. Luckily parents finally intervened after about 15 minutes. Came here for the first time and it's fun for the kids. Parent tip - make sure you bring socks for yourself because even adults have to take their shoes off. Overall a pretty decent assortment of bouncies and seemed clean enough. The exception was the area for kids 2 and under. It has a busted, dirty fabric tunnel, a busted and dirty fabric tent, and some weird ladybug thing that also looked filthy. My 16 month old had no interest in any of it, nor did I want her playing with it - but it would have been nice to be able to corral her in there while the older kids played. $100 worth of new stuff in the baby area would completely revive it. We hosted a birthday party here for 8-year-olds. They had a blast. They were old enough where I didn't have to keep track of all of them (there is a lot of equipment). The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Everything was as expected and hoped for except for one thing. We had a party room and there is an open ceiling to the rest of the facility (it is loud with machines and kids playing). The party room was super loud because of that reason. I pretty much had to yell to communicate to the 10 kids we were hosting. Then the birthday cake singing wasn't the same with the extra noise either. It was the most stressful part of our 3-hour party. If there is one thing to change, I'd suggest getting noise proof ceilings in the party rooms so that we could actually communicate and enjoy our friends before running wild. read more

A warehouse full of bouncy houses is a fantastic idea. We used to come here all the time to have our kids run and jump and have fun and get their energy out. One downside is the company recently remodeled the place and installed a bunch of flashing lights and arcade games, which beckon the kids away from running and jumping. Not good for toddlers. Took my son and his cousins for his first birthday. The older kids (3-7) loved it, but it sucked for the little ones. I've been to a few play places, and their toddler areas are way better. They had 3 toys in the whole thing, and ones we already have at home. They could've at least added balls or something. Then there is one under 4 blow up toy. Kinda cute, but the parents and employees don't enforce the under 4 rule. My son was a little nervous going into it, but he started watching other kids and was having fun, but then older kids came in, one that was clearly sixish. Jumped all crazy and bounced it around, almost kicked and landed on him a few times and scared him so bad he refused to go back in all day. The kid's Mom just asked her kid to be careful and did nothing even though he kept repeating the dangerous behavior. The only employee I saw there did nothing but stare at his computer, which by the way he was acting, both my sister-in-law and I thought he was watching porn. None-the-less, no one had the six-year-old leave the toddler area, my kid wasn't the only one he was scaring. Older kids went through it all day with only a few parents, and never employee, enforcing the rule, thus my son and my 1 year old niece we're bored the whole time. The parents that were there were also not really watching their kids at all. My two year old 25 lb niece is fearless and was having fun on all the toys, things bigger kids would fear until a troupe of seven year Olds ignored her and trampled her in one of the toys, and my 70 year old mother had to stop it and rescue her. Also didn't see this, but my 5 year old nephew said a kid punched him when he was going through the obstacle course. The 7, 5, and 3 year Olds loved it though. Just got to be big and tough enough. I wouldn't take little kids, or maybe you could go in without paying for them, I don't know if that's allowed, but it's not worth it for the Littles. read more

My 2 year old really enjoyed this place. It looks very industrial rather then kid ambiance. The one thing I would change is to have them put a sign in front of the doors (before you walk in) stating socks are required! We get in and once we go pay, they tell us we have to have sock however we can purchase them for $2 (I guess great up sell). They do make the parents fill out a form but unfortunately they don't have a system to keep record so every time you go, you will have to fill it out! We use to come here all the time and I loved that my kids could get out so much energy but we just came today for the first time after they redid the inside. I am disappointed they turned some of into an arcade. Just want my kids to have fun without electronics. My toddler just wants to hit all the buttons on the arcade game instead of running and playing. But also I guess it's a rule you can't run at a kids play ground. ‍ That doesn't make any sense to me but whatever. They also took out their big bounce houses that my older kids loved. I was at the Nsl Kangaroo Zoo, for my child party . We rented the flora room. We had arrived and went to sit down at a table the tables where so nasty a friend had to ask for some cleaner to clean off the tables. We finally got into the room and the floors were so damn sticky along with the tables. There was kids that were not apart of our party along with the older people coming in that had nothing to do with it. We had to use the bathroom and the bathroom was so damn gross that I couldn't pee in there By the time we got back out pizza was there (it was so gross that it tastes like cardboard). We also got some soda and the brought is SODA PITCHER FULL OF FREAKING soda water!! Instead or real water.. my mother had gone up and talked to the lady that was saposta be our party helper (Kaylee) she was very rude to my mother and stated she will get to us when ever she gets to us... I felt this was a horrible way to treat a customer or just anyone really. That horrible thing is that this was out first time at Kangaroo Zoo And we will never go back I have never been in or seen a dirtier place than this place.. I am so disappointed I also went to see why the rest of out package want included and they stated I have only paid for the Awesome part and that's not true they gave me the wrong party pleas the people were just horrible. kangaroo zoo is going through a remodel and is not fully operational at this time 2/7/2019- there are hazards all over the place so you cannot just let your kids play and follow them. they took my 15 dollars and did not even tell me that there is not a fully functional and unsafe condition present. this is very disappointing, we have bee coming here for a long time and this might prevent this from happening again. read more
