I got the cheesesteak and the cheeseburger slider. Both were seasoned very good and I enjoyed both of them. I would definitely come back and order those again. I personally preferred the cheeseburger one a little bit more, however, I really enjoyed the flavors of the pepper and onions in the cheesesteak one. The bun was buttered and cooked on the grill. It was super soft! I saw that they had a lot of chicken dishes and have other reviews about those. I would like to try those out sometime as well. We also ordered a regular and sweet potato fry. I personally felt that the regular fries needed a little bit more salt. The sweet potato fries were very flavorful and I really liked them. I'm glad that I finally got around to trying the restaurant! I definitely would come back for a quick lunch.

When we had meetings at the venue for wedding planning inquires she would always have to leave the meeting early because she was busy with something else. I feel if you're helping plan a wedding you should plan your days out more precisely since there is a lot of money on the line. The coordinator and the owner of the venue were never on the same page regarding what times we could be there the day of and the day before. The coordinator would tell us one thing and then the owner would tell us another. Also if you want alcohol for your special day, fore warning but this venue will charge you a $500 dollar fee and also make you get a licensed and insured bartender to open alcohol for you at the wedding(even if you're just having beer and seltzer). So in total you might spend almost a $1000 extra on top of the $5,200 just for the venue, bartender, and alcohol all together. They were very strict with us not being able to come in to our own wedding to set up decorations unless it was the day before from 7pm-9pm Also the day of the wedding we weren't able to come in the building to continue decorating until 3 pm and we had to be out by 10 pm otherwise we would get charged an extra $75 per hour. Also while our ceremony and reception and photos were going on they still were allowing customers to come through for food and ice cream and to buy items from the shop on the other side. I feel when we pay these people over $5,500 for the venue, they could at least not have people interrupting us while we are having our special day.

WE ARE OWED AN APOLOGY FOX HOLLOW…read more My boyfriend golfed fox hollow on March 2nd. Let me start by saying he is a very experienced golfer, he golfs 18 holes numerous times a week at many courses throughout the Salt Lake and Utah Valley. He is more than accustomed to golf etiquette and is very patient with courses when things are just moving slow on the course. His 1:00 tee time was delayed by 10-15 minutes. By the 4th hole, a gentleman from two groups behind them drove his cart over to them and told them to speed up their play. My boyfriend and his playing partners politely explained they've been waiting at every tee box and understood the course was just playing slower. He drove off and said have a nice day. This man was not the course Marshall, just someone from a random group. At the 11th hole, the same man began taunting my boyfriend's group telling them to speed up. This continued from hole 11 thru 18. Even though it was obvious that my boyfriends group could not speed up their pace of play as they were waiting on the group in front of them, and if they would have allowed this taunting gentleman to play through, it would not have accomplished anything as the gentleman would have then been waiting on the same party my boyfriends group was. Normally we would chalk this up as poor sportsmanship and golf etiquette of random people on the golf course. However.... This gentleman proceeded to drive up to my boyfriend and yell homophobic slurs. At which time it was uncovered this gentleman is an employee of Fox Hollow Golf Course by the name of Mike. Who was sporting a Mohawk, skinny denim jeans and a zip up hoodie. Not only is it incredibly upsetting that an EMPLOYEE would be ruining a paying customers experience by taunting and belittling a customer, but his homophobic slurs while representing a course he is employed by are disgraceful. As an employee of the course on or off the clock, if you are playing on the course you should be showing the utmost professionalism. Including dressing in true golf appropriate attire and not in street clothes. We will not give our money to Fox Hollow ever again, and strongly encourage any one that is LGBTQ+ or is an ally to rethink giving your money to these people. We will be following up with a better business bureau review as I truly think the amount of taunting my boyfriend went through was a sign of discrimination as Mike believed my boyfriend as Gay based off the slur he yelled. Do better Fox Hollow.

The acoustics are better outside; once you go inside it echoes quite a bit. It's a small space, but they do a nice job to make it inviting and attractive. I'm looking forward to attending other events here in the future.

The location itself is beautiful--the setting against the mountains is genuinely stunning, especially around sunset. The space is thoughtfully decorated, the seating was comfortable, and the soda station was a standout detail that guests really enjoyed. Overall, the aesthetic and atmosphere are very charming. However, the biggest issue--and unfortunately the one that defined the experience--was the sound. The indoor acoustics are extremely poor. The space functions like an echo chamber, with noise bouncing off the walls to the point where even casual conversation becomes overwhelming. Despite the use of a microphone, the speeches were nearly impossible to hear clearly, especially with a subpar sound system. Additionally, as the sun set, light streamed intensely through the upper windows, making it difficult to see key moments. Between the lighting and the acoustics, many guests ended up spending most of the event outside just to be able to talk and hear one another. Parking was also somewhat limited, though the location itself is convenient. It's a visually lovely venue with a lot of potential, but the sound issues indoors are significant and would need to be addressed for events like weddings where hearing speeches and connecting with others is essential.

It's a lovely space visually, but there were several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The venue is located right next to a busy road, and traffic noise was a real distraction. During the ring ceremony, when the couple was exchanging vows, we could hear cars honking outside, which really disrupted the moment. Inside, it was very humid and made the space feel hot and sticky--especially tough for guests dressed formally. The sound system also left a lot to be desired. The MC had trouble playing music, and no staff were around to assist. I had to walk all the way to the office to find a hostess, and all of this delayed the program. The groom also performed a song for the bride, but the mic quality was poor and we could barely hear him. There is a parking lot, which is convenient, and the venue does have potential. But between the noise, heat, and tech issues, it's hard to fully recommend for events where comfort and smooth coordination are important.

Lodging ONLY POV review…read more Good: This is a Beautiful farm house. The esthetics are amazing for your insta and quaint place away from the town for some much needed relaxations. Can be better: So you pay "luxury" price because ofcourse it's a great looking farmhouse. But Amenities are super basic. Coffee: I didn't even know how to use that coffee machine and no creamers. No tissue box. No USB ports. I was afraid to use their towel because their rule book said, "will be charged" if there's stain or do anything else because everything had a potential "charge" The sheets were so thin I was afraid barely sleeping on them would make a hole, luckily no holes!! I am so used to staying at hotels and having these basic amenities, i thought they would be normal (my bad on not doing due diligence). But honestly if you are going to charge top prices, would be great to have some basic amenities like single serve coffee machine, creamer, or nicer sheets. Etc. Hope this helps someone to make a decision. Ofc these were my pet peeves, probably wouldn't bother anyone else. I was there to enjoy and not stress about little things!

I went to my friend's son's wedding and have mixed feelings about this place…read more The venue was absolutely gorgeous! The wedding reception took place inside the castle and was beautifully decorated. The wedding planner did an excellent job in setting up the venue. It was elegant and quite magical! I especially loved how we lit giant sparklers as the bride and groom exited to their car at the end of the evening. 5 stars for the venue and decor. The food was a different story....It was awful! All of the guests at our table who had salmon like me agreed it was so salty that it was inedible. We scrapped off the top and ate a little bit of the bottom. I ate mainly just the potatoes and bell peppers (my plate didn't have any zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, or cauliflower like some of the other plates). Plating was bad, needless to say. The food was a disappointment, but overall, we had a great time. This was the most fun wedding I've attended in a long time. The castle was beautiful and the landscape outside was picturesque. It's the perfect place for a dreamy wedding, aside from the food. We were happy with the alcohol and dessert bar, so all is good!
