Despite having booked a bouncy house water slide over a month in advance, there was no bouncy house at our kids' birthday party. It was a party for our son & daughter so we had not 1 but 2 very disappointed kids & all their friends... Not to mention 2 stressed out parents who had to come up with something else to entertain 50 kids for 2 1/2 hours at the last minute. My husband had agreed to meet up with the guy at noon to pick up the bouncy house. At 12:15 we had to call them to find out what was going on... They told us it would be another hour. We were understanding, things happen, & our party wasn't until 3 so we had a little flexibility. At 1:30 we still hadn't heard from them. We called once, no answer. We called again & were informed that the guy who we were supposed to meet up with was not answering his phone & they didn't know where he was. Ummm... What the heck?! At 2:00 we called again & they finally gave us an address to meet the guy. My husband drove 35 minutes away (keep in mind that our party was in 1 hour so even if he was able to load it immediately & turn right back around, he still wouldn't have been home until 10 minutes AFTER the party started & then he'd still need to set it up), but guess what? The guy wasn't there!!! He waited 25 minutes for him to show up & then had to leave. Meanwhile I'm at home panicking as more & more kids show up... The bouncy house was our ONLY entertainment & it wasn't there!!! The guy eventually called my husband & told him that he could deliver it by 5 or 5:30. The party ended at 5:30 so that was worthless! I don't know if they just double booked us & didn't want to admit it or if they are just the worst company EVER. Either way, they strung us along for 3 hours, let us drive out of our way & waste our time for nothing, & left us completely empty handed. They literally ruined my day. It was supposed to be an easy sit-back-and-watch the kids play & have fun kind of afternoon & instead I spent the afternoon stressing out, sending friends on errands for us, & basically just feeling completely out of control all afternoon. And the worst part is, they never offered us another bouncy house, any sort of compensation, nothing, he just acted like "oops sorry". I actually referred a friend to this guy a couple weeks ago... Never again! I will make sure everyone I know knows to stay far away from this company. Which is a shame because my friends/neighbors rent bouncy houses pretty often so they could have gotten a lot of recommendations from me.
