Cared enough to continue to help at a very critical time. The end result is what matters.

Our state laws are different than those in NC and that made the whole issue even worse. After speaking with Carl and his explanation of the laws and our rights, we were sure we found the right firm to represent my husband. It took over 2 years to medically recover from the accident, but Carl and his team always were only a phone call away. It was very reassuring to know they were on our side. The service we received from the Nagle professional team made the whole experience bearable. We cannot thank them enough for all of the compassion and hard work they did on my husband's behalf.

Had I been in a "catastrophic" accident as he discussed, I would not use this firm. I found him to be crass and condescending. He told me outright that they only charge a %25 rate as they only take "catastrophic" cases. Well Mr. Mark, the smaller accident victim has pain just the same as the large. I think a %25 fee of an injured victim's settlement would be way too much money to have to deal with you. Being from the south I think I would say, you are just way too big for your rich boy britches and are living way above your raising or maybe not !

My answer to the old expression, "Do you know a good lawyer?" is The Bennett Guthrie PLLC firm…read more Attorneys Matthew Arundale and Mitchell Blankenship represented my family in a legal issue involving internet privacy. Matthew and Mitchell demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the internet and what the interpretation of privacy means in this new world of communications. These attorneys felt we had a reasonable grievance, but legal interpretations would be "in play". They took time to explain previous case law and possible negative reactions if we pursued our case, but were always supportive of our decision to move forward. All actions and communications were handled promptly, and we were always welcomed and made to feel comfortable in our discussions. The outcome was favorable and, in our opinion, the direct result of Matthew and Mitchell's knowledge of this new realm of digital communications. Ironically, we found the Bennett Guthrie firm through the internet and their web presentation attracted our attention. As clients of the Bennett Guthrie law firm, not only have we found, "good lawyers" but also new friends.

We took the titles in, signed the back of them and left them there. Mind you, we have a folder that we had everything involving Daddy's estate in. When I asked about the titles, was told they gave them back to us. So, we had to file for lost titles making us have to wait longer. Now, we've received an invoice for more money. I asked why when we were told it was a flat rate which I paid up front. Was told it was for the additional work. So, the end result is they did finish the job, but be very careful with their "flat rate" pricing.
