It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.

My positive experience started with my initial contact with Miss Angie. She let me know that they are a family owned business that takes pride in taking care of their customers. I have moved several times, but never out of state. Also, I was moving while Covid was still rampant. I had no idea what to expect, so I had so many questions. Miss Angie set up a video call so I could "walk her through my home." A couple of days later she gave me an estimate and didn't seem bothered by answering my countless questions. I appreciate it that they had several options, depending on how much help I needed for the move. On the day of the move, I met Alex, who assured me this would be a seamless process and he would personally make sure all of my belongings made it to my new home in TX. Between 9/2023 and 3/2024, I asked for numerous updates without any meaningful responses. Between 6/2024 and 10/2024, I finally received half of the job installed, which also required corrective action to ensure no critters or rodents could enter my home b/c the contractor left gaps in the door and brickwork that exposed the inside of my home to the outside. Afterwards, the contractor gave me the run-around for another 6-months until agreeing to complete all work by the end of 5/2025, which did not happen. So here I am with a half-way done project and a contractor that refuses to refund any money to the 50% incomplete work. He has gone dark and silent on me - almost 2-years later.
