These two scammers are Dr. Kirsten Grant and Stanley Sherwin Grant. Stanley is the face of the…read morecompany, but I have reason to believe that Kirsten is the puppet master of Stanley and the brains behind the operation. Stankey misrepresents himself as a general contractor and attempts to take full advantage of out of state investors. His estimate is written in a form of a contract with Kirsten Grant's name at the bottom, listed as CEO property manager. The estimate appears to be a template. The scammers intentionally omit part of the license # due to it being required in order to initially scam my brother because the dollar amount on his property's project was too high in comparison to his typical gig work as a handy man. The estimate only includes the total dollar amount without any itemization of materials or labor. The estimate/contract does not provide a 3 day rescind of agreement. Stanley nor does Savannah Savoy Home Couture LLC the company he is acting under, have an active license. That alone makes the contract void. Stankey provided no proof that the furnace needing replacement but initially the estimate was for aesthetics. It is most likely that he has certain low-end equipment in a storage and just outsources the work to the lowest bidder. He refuses to provide receipts, warranties, permits, deadlines, overview photos to show the work completed, etc. Stankey talks a good talk and will claim that he has been a contractor for 30 years and that people often joke about him having Cadillac prices, to subliminally imply that a certain level of quality is to be expected from his services. Stankey has done his best to attempt to move forward while trying to have me agree to an estimate not being necessary, on every occasion that I ask. The total estimate was 65k and 57k has been paid. The time frame was 60 days provided a few delays for weather and permit setbacks. It is arriving upon 4 months. The property was purchased on 1/28/25. The initial payment of $14,370.56 was issued by 1/03/25. Stankey was pressuring me and claiming the presidential election would affect tariffs and he placed material on will call. And a total of $15,905.56 was issued to him before the closing date. Stanley sent me a payment link to what I didn't know at the time was his wife's company, under a Phoenix Six. It showed on my statement as Phoenix Six/Edible Addicti**** IL US. After further research I found out it was her company but Phoenix Six isn't locatable anywhere and Edible Addicti*** could only be found via deeper research which included needing to mention Phoenix Six. Further digging verified the website Edibleaddiction.com. A warning message popped up stating "Your connection isn't Private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from edibleaddiction.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards.)" My most recent request on sent on 5/16/25 for a full itemized estimate, receipts, warranties, permits, etc. He stated in the correspondence to have it by 5/17 as I grew impatient waiting with his tactics. Stanley messaged me before 7 a.m. on 5/19 stating that he will have my report by 5/21. This is the same response he provided prior to keep attempting to delay for some strategic purpose. It was confirmed on 5/19 after speaking to the agent who sold me the property that Stanley told her at the start of the sale that she is to speak to him directly since I was out of town and I did not authorize that. Additionally, she stated that Stankey had just scheduled the meeting with her at my property for 5/21 to relist it and falsely informed her that the work was completed. Also, Stankey mentions a story about a woman who he and his wife, of course, had to step in and help out by paying $15,000 towards her property taxes during renovating her home. This a tactic used to plant seeds of virtuousness and build a false sense of trust. I will attempt to upload photos of conversations and photos. If I am not able to upload them. I will revise this to include it the body of this report granted it's capacity for total characters. My brother has his own bad experience with this same company. We will be willing to share all documentation and correspondence to save other people from getting caught up in their deception and costing you double to complete a project because another contractor will have to go behind them to actually do the work. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER COMPANIES
