Having a range of pricing gave his team the flexibility to come out and pick up all of the items, then charge us as appropriate vs. being locked into a smaller load. Pascal scheduled our pick-up for within the week, which was fantastic! A team of 2 guys arrived as planned and worked for several areas picking up items from around the property (not from one consolidated pile). We agreed on a day and time and that day he sent me texts letting me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and he and his crew got to work.
