There's a cringe-inducing lack of emotional self-regulation and a lot of blameshifting in the form of lengthy e-mail blasts. Most of what I learned in the class, I had to unlearn over the $2000 trip to Thailand -- the mother gym, Sidyodtong, offers the same trip for half the price. All I know about my missing thousand dollars is that it didn't go into nutrition, recovery, mobility, or exercise science training for the instructors. It's a con. Steer clear.

Rob is the instructor for cardio kickboxing and he is always super positive AND easy on the eyes! He really motivates you to work hard and get a good workout, even when I'm tired and really would rather be home. I really like that you actually learn the mechanics of kickboxing in a cardio class, other classes I've been to teach no footwork or how to punch/kick. I feel like I could be an MMA fighter now, after only a few classes - that may be a pipe dream, but I'm still really enjoying myself. After the trial period and going to Caitlin's class, I HAD to sign up! She by far is one the best trainers there and her classes are perfect as far as the time goes (7pm, Tuesday & Thursday). She was personable, friendly, motivating, encouraging which are all of the attributes of a good trainer. Did I mention that she still kicks butt? She challenges you to challenge yourself. Love her. Love the location. My one complaint is that I wish there was better ventilation. The air can get a bit musty (for obvious reasons) and that one lolely fan does nothing but circulate the funk at times...Lol
