I made an appointment that week and have never looked back. Dr Lowe is a compassionate, caring, person...not just an MD. When I first went to him the wait time was horrible, but since he is now concierge there is generally almost no wait time. His staff takes you back and does a pre-screen so that the time with Dr Lowe is on point. A word about his staff....they are excellent. They treat you like family and know you as an individual, not just a name on a file. Both my husband and I see Dr Lowe, love and respect him..... he is family to us. And has seen us through many crisis - some quiet serious with excellent results. His referrals to other doctors are impeccable..... the very best. To sum it up ......I'm having PT for a hip replacements and when I mentioned the name of my surgeon and Dr Lowe (my GP), the therapist said...."you've got the best", this is also what I'm told when ever I mention Dr Lowe's name in the local medical community. Every time we turned to Dr Lowe, we know he is gonna take care of them for him and that he is in absolutely good hands. Only a doctor who truly cares about his patients would be this thorough and thoughtful in his diagnosis and treatment. Recently, I have experienced some health issues and was told to find a specialist by multiple physicians, however, the help from these physicians does not extend beyond their limited scopes. I could not even get any facetime with specialists for months. I turned to Dr. Lowe and became his patient with my husband's referral. He reassured me with his knowledge on the subject so I'm not as lost I was. He was able to get me tests and specialist appointments with a wait time of days!! This is truly amazing especially after seeing other physicians shrugging their shoulders at me for weeks.

A month later I went to get checked out and Dr Kim performed some blood tests from A-Zinc, she found some deficiencies in a few key minerals and vitamins so she prescribed some vitamins and a couple of meetings with the nutritionist, told them that I don't eat until the afternoon most Work days and survive on coffee alone. I started eating better and laid off some coffee then Dr Kim prescribed a 10-Day Detox, I wasn't heavy but I was "skinny fat"! The Detox plus the nutritionist got me eating the Right foods including Breakfast. I threw my arm out to the point I couldn't lift it without severe pain, went to Dr. Kim and she scheduled an MRI on my shoulder STAT and that discovered Two Fully Torn tendons requiring Surgery and today my shoulder is stronger than my other one. Recently all was good yet Dr Kim recommended testosterone injections to prevent mental fog, improve my chances of not developing mental disease and increase my vitality, it wasn't how long I could live but the Quality of the Life I have remaining that she wanted to focus on. She has really helped me make some positive changes in my life. It's always a pleasant experience when I'm in her office and I really believe I'm getting top-notch care. Not only does she provide excellent medical care. She also focuses on diet and exercise. It's more than just you need to eat better but she explains things and has a nutritionist available. I'm so happy that I found her. She has become our family doctor and we are all so happy about it.

I ask to speak directly to the Dr. I get his so called nurse. I don't know how much clearer do I need to get! LIAR, LAZY, very unprofessional. During the pandemic they were playing games with my life. I needed certain diabetic medications and this is the experience I went through. I had the chance to see Dr. Trivedi once when Dr. H was unavailable, and I was so impressed by his bedside manner that I requested to switch to him as my gastroenterologist. However, my request was denied after Dr. H's input citing that patients can't switch doctors within the practice. Their secretary staff are at least quick to comply with sending over medical records to my new gastroenterologist or other doctor's that may need my medical summary history performed by Dr. H. If you have the option, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Trivedi. My mother sees him, and two other doctors I know absolutely adore him as well. It's just unfortunate that I'm not allowed to be one of his patients!
