Wow this liquor store was sensational. Stumbled upon it on our way up the cape. They have everything you could ever need, even labubus (but I think they might be lafufus). They have these ready to go cocktails, providing us with nips, mixers, ice, cup, the lid, & a straw. The workers were all very lovely. We even went back the next day for some more ready to go cocktails! I wish they had those in every liquor store. read more

I am on the road, so I encounter a lot of good beer shops and nice selections, but this place is AMAZING. It's humongous, but I just wanted a good, cold beer for the night. A lot of nice warm beers caught my eye as I walked to the cold section and saw there was an extensive variety in their cooler. I glanced at many interesting ones and then saw SECOND FIDDLE! I was so excited. It was more than perfect for what I wanted. I'm sad this is my first stop here. Should have been coming here every time I was on Cape Cod. It's a must for seekers of fine beer. They have a large selection of liquor and wine too. I would come to this place if I was even in the vicinity of Cape Cod. read more

Kappy's Hyannis rocks!!! We came from out of town, looking to get some beer and wine but we left there with a giant stein!!!! Going to Kappy's ended up being one of the best parts of our trip! This place has EVERYTHING!!! Stopped by there to pick up some wines for a wine tasting party and I had no idea where to start. Todd spent time with me explaining the different wines and what they paired well with. He was so knowledgeable and patient (even when I kept changing my mind) and in under 30 minutes I had some fantastic options. The store is immaculate and I really appreciate how well organized it is, as that made finding my way around super easy. But my favorite part of all was the incredible customer service. I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's not just a liquor store, it's an experience. Kappy's has the largest selection of alcohol that I have ever seen. I asked if they had a type of cider that I had in London a few years ago, and they had it (I have not seen it anywhere else in the states!) They also have lots of party supplies and a variety of nips. They have raffles (Yeti cooler anyone?), samples (loved and bought the Rustic Spirits margarita I tried), and all of the guys working there are just wonderful! When Kappy's opened I was very excited that they advertised that they would price match. When I first shopped there I asked about it and the store manager actually called the store I used to get the price of the Tido's vodka and matched the price which was great. I shopped there last week and I asked again and the manager was very nice when I showed him a receipt from another store and he matched the price without a problem I spent $104 dollars at that visit. Yesterday I went in and again asked them to price match. The manger yesterday said they do not price matched against off Cape businesses. I told him they have always done it for me and after a lot of back and forth with him he finally agreed to do it but told me to be warned they would not do it again. The purchase I made yesterday was for $95.00 the price match saved me about $5 dollars. I told him if they would not price match I would not shop there in the future he didn't seem to care. I have spent hundreds of dollars in that store since it opened and now one jerk of a manager is willing to lose my business over a few dollars. My brother also shops there when I told him what happened he said I should have just walked out and left my $100 dollar purchase there at the register. I wish I did the manager was nasty. Watch out all other over-priced wine stores on the Cape! I stopped into the new Kappys liquor and wine store yesterday and was blown away. By far, the best wine and beer selection on the cape, with prices nearly as competitive as Costco. Lots of friendly people ready to help, as well. Worth the trip from just about anywhere on the cape. read more
