The technician alerted me that the oil drain plug had been mis-threaded when put back on. Also they told me that the transmission fluid was extremely low. Kind of strange, Performance Quick lube always told me they checked it. They never checked it. They also try to push extra services to sell you (cabin air filter, power steering flush, etc.) They should just concentrate on doing the job right and not pressuring people to buy extras.
