The guy was friendly but extremely late opening up the business. Hooked me right up right away. Around 5 to 6 months go by. I probably the truck a total of 30-50 miles. Battery went dead. No poblem you would think, just charge it up and get about my business. THE BATTERY DOESN"T EVAN WORK. YOU SOLD ME A LAME BATTERY THAT CANT RECONDITIONED. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP AGAIN. read more

This place is amazing! Especially Keith, I came in for a warranty issue because I thought my battery I got from them went bad. Turns out the battery was great but the issue was my starter. Keith actually helped me figure that out as well as he helped locate the starter and assisted in trying to help hit the starter to get it started. It didn't work but he helped me locate a towing company so I could have my car towed to the shop. He was friendly and patient the whole time and went above what his job even entailed. I would highly recommend this place and the battery that I had bought previously 4 months earlier was still holding and keeping a charge perfectly fine. read more

Me and my wife went to this place to change our car battery. There was a tall American man. Very rude he did not want to help me in my wife. He was so rude. He had us waiting in the sun and was letting other people go before me. I told him if he can just unscrew the battery for me and he handed my wife a box of tools. And do it yourself worst customer service ever !!! read more

My wife and I purchased a battery at this location. The battery was not good, waste of our time....and go figure they don't do cash refunds....and on top of that they wouldn't give me the $10.00 for returning the corr to them. They actually threatened me stating they would call the police if I didn't leave the premises. TOTAL RIPOFFS!!! Do not bother going to this company. Save yourself the hassle of being taken advantage of. read more

I use my battery on mining equipment. The last one I bought at Kar life lasted 4 years. Went back and found that he had a deep cycle battery. When he gave me the price I had to get it, $79.00. Got my pump back up and running. read more

I went in and needed a battery and came out with a battery. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and am happy to buy another one there when I need one. The prices are a little high but it's expected when looking for a specific battery. read more

Of coursed I am buying a used battery so I wasn't expecting a long lasting battery but what I got for 25 bucks was a battery that has lasted me over half a year now and I have traded in other batteries that have lasted me the same if not more. I highly recommend this place if you are short on funds, and looking for something good that will last you a couple months. So even though I may spend thousands of dollars each month with them, would he saying is he is willing to sell cheaper to someone off the street than to a business that provides them regular business. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

Service was prompt, Quick and Affordable. I am a member of the working poor so having a company like this around when you have an unexpected expense is vital. I called ahead and found that they had a battery that would work for my vehicle. I was offered a new or refurbed battery. I chose the refurb and had it in the car within minutes of arriving.
