He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder because I wanted to know how to do it myself in the future, and then taught me how to put the new one in. My mom came with me and we were both so floored by how amazing, fast, kind hearted and swift the entire operation was. It's so so so very rare these days to meet someone like Carlos when dealing with any sort of car repair or vehicle issue. I hope good karma comes his way, because you could just tell what good of a soul he is! Of coursed I am buying a used battery so I wasn't expecting a long lasting battery but what I got for 25 bucks was a battery that has lasted me over half a year now and I have traded in other batteries that have lasted me the same if not more. Keith actually helped me figure that out as well as he helped locate the starter and assisted in trying to help hit the starter to get it started. It didn't work but he helped me locate a towing company so I could have my car towed to the shop. He was friendly and patient the whole time and went above what his job even entailed. The battery life, at full charge, was 68%. I was looking for a miracle. I drive for a living and my phone is my lifeline for my job. I walk in and immediately was welcomed and I explained my dilemma. The owner (Saleim, sorry if I misspelled it) was so understanding of my situation and knew exactly what to do to fix it. In about 1/2 hour he had everything fixed except the power port. He explained the issue and that he didn't have that exact part in this store but he had another store just 3 miles down the road and could fix it immediately there. I was able to pay for everything at this location (which was great) and headed to the other store. Within 1 1/2 I had a brand new phone! This establishment may look like a 'hole in the wall' but those, in my experience, are the best! Highly recommend this place to everyone I know!
