The CSR called me to do a three-way call with my insurance company to set up a claim. The process was pretty painless. The original estimate was for a 3 hour job to install the windshield l and calibrate my lane assist and collision detection camera. However, the job actually took only around 2 hours. I was more than satisfied with the service at Low Price and would definitely recommend them.

It was an aftermarket key so didn't have the "chip" inside to disarm the stock alarm so it was locking out the engine. Upon my return with the correct key, it started and is working now. I know he took time from his schedule to look at it, but Kevin did not charge me for that time. Kevin, you have restored my faith in humanity. Thank you for your kindness. They were able to identify the screw in my tire when another place, which I will leave unnamed, couldn't. They were also able to deal with my tire lock without the key (my family has two of the same type of cars and the key was with the other car). They worked around the lock at one visit, and broke it off (with my permission) on another in order to get me back in the road in a timely fashion. The time when they worked around the lock was in 2024, and I paid about $45. The time when they had to break the lock was a year later and I paid about $75. I especially appreciate their professionalism and ability to not talk down to female customers, which sadly a lot of auto shops still do, even in 2025. Definitely recommend!

I'm actually…read moreshocked at all the higher reviews, although I will admit, they allowed me to go here, even though I have been going to the Big Brand tire in Concord for last several decades. I thought I would come in here to get a tire rotation, which is a free service that they provide four tires that are theirs. I normally go to the one in Concord like I mentioned, but I happened to be closer to this one, so I thought I would take advantage of it. I was told after the rotation that I would need to get a new tire because there was a nail that was unrepairable on one of the tires. No problem, I thought, since I had paid for an extended warranty on all the tires a few months ago. I was led to believe this would come at no cost to me as a result. I also had paid for a three-year alignment previously, which I thought was a good deal. So, Tim quoted me with an invoice that had $136 alignment on it, but he assured me that it will be taken care of because I had paid for the three year alignment. He also showed me that everything else would cost zero. After an hour and a half, I was up sold on an extended tire warranty, which didn't make sense to me since I thought that the warranty would cover every tire, but I figured it would be fine since Tim told me it would cost $41. Then when they were about to give me the keys, I was charged $140 for services. I thought we were all included in the warranty, not to mention, I was quoted at zero. I was charged for taxes on the new tire (even though the tire was zero dollars), mounting and balancing, alignment, a tire recycling fee, and other labor costs. The extended tire warranty was quoted at $62 even though I was told it would be $41. In my mind, I still couldn't make heads nor tails of all of these things. I even questioned them about it. But I had an appointment elsewhere in the East Bay and needed to be on the road and ended up agreeing to paying $140 for a zero dollar service. I would've been happy paying $41 for the tire warranty but lo and behold I paid three times that. Don't come to this place unless you're prepared to get screwed. I recommend big brand tire in Concord if you must go to big brand at all - at least that place I had been going to for years and I know I could have counted on the folks there and could have trusted them not to charge me extra and not to lie to me about a zero cost service. Heck, go to any other tire place if you have to stay in Dublin or Pleasanton. Some tire places treat you like family. This one treated me like a couple of dollar signs.

Kar Tunz is on point, went in and got a quote from Brian, right away he understood what I was looking for. When I dropped it off I spoke to Tommy and we went over the placement and where we were going to put the amp and the sub.Neil was the tech that worked on my truck and the job was SUPER Clean and exactly what I was looking for. He replaced my stock speakers with JL's and a JL sub and amp. Highly recommend this shop and I will always use their service in the future. read more

Just had a stereo installed in my 328i. They got rid of that 2011 OEM look and updated my car with today's Nav unit from Pioneer. Bryan and the guys are little stereo gods on earth. They made me love my bimmer all over again. Their work is better than the original. Brought my 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-Spec in to get my 02 housing installed. Robert and his crew did an amazing job. They were able to remove my cat which had stripped out bolts. So I bought my rims from Kar Tunz, they looked sick but the RUBED like crazy. I thought i was gonna buy a smaller sized tires but they took the rims back to change the offset and did something else and now its not rubbing anymore. They stepped up and took responsibilty to make it fit when they didnt have to. read more

I don't know what happened to this shop. They used to be good but just awful now. Very unreliable and unresponsive. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to make it right. Terrible. Plenty of other better shops. read more
