I explained to him that I take care of my cars and that me knowing these pieces were painted I made sure to take care of them. I was nothing but professional and cool with him but when he cursed at me I lost my cool. You are going to curse in front of my family and not wanting to stand behind his work. He claimed he can help by touching up his bad paint work that's peeling? Totally unprofessional and I would never go back. If you chose to do work with this guy I would make him sign what he promises to do and stand behind otherwise you will be sorry. If you like paint peeling off within 6 months this is the place to go.

I'm actually…read moreshocked at all the higher reviews, although I will admit, they allowed me to go here, even though I have been going to the Big Brand tire in Concord for last several decades. I thought I would come in here to get a tire rotation, which is a free service that they provide four tires that are theirs. I normally go to the one in Concord like I mentioned, but I happened to be closer to this one, so I thought I would take advantage of it. I was told after the rotation that I would need to get a new tire because there was a nail that was unrepairable on one of the tires. No problem, I thought, since I had paid for an extended warranty on all the tires a few months ago. I was led to believe this would come at no cost to me as a result. I also had paid for a three-year alignment previously, which I thought was a good deal. So, Tim quoted me with an invoice that had $136 alignment on it, but he assured me that it will be taken care of because I had paid for the three year alignment. He also showed me that everything else would cost zero. After an hour and a half, I was up sold on an extended tire warranty, which didn't make sense to me since I thought that the warranty would cover every tire, but I figured it would be fine since Tim told me it would cost $41. Then when they were about to give me the keys, I was charged $140 for services. I thought we were all included in the warranty, not to mention, I was quoted at zero. I was charged for taxes on the new tire (even though the tire was zero dollars), mounting and balancing, alignment, a tire recycling fee, and other labor costs. The extended tire warranty was quoted at $62 even though I was told it would be $41. In my mind, I still couldn't make heads nor tails of all of these things. I even questioned them about it. But I had an appointment elsewhere in the East Bay and needed to be on the road and ended up agreeing to paying $140 for a zero dollar service. I would've been happy paying $41 for the tire warranty but lo and behold I paid three times that. Don't come to this place unless you're prepared to get screwed. I recommend big brand tire in Concord if you must go to big brand at all - at least that place I had been going to for years and I know I could have counted on the folks there and could have trusted them not to charge me extra and not to lie to me about a zero cost service. Heck, go to any other tire place if you have to stay in Dublin or Pleasanton. Some tire places treat you like family. This one treated me like a couple of dollar signs.

I originally visited Music N' Motion 2 weeks ago because I needed a shop to install a sub and amp that I had bought. I was greeted by Mike as soon as I walked thru the door and told him what I needed done. He came out and checked out the system and I was surprised by his knowledge about audio. He checked out my speakers to make sure after hooking up the sub, the sound would still be clear as well as told me what needed to be done to maximize the bass to flow into the trunk. After everything he quoted me a mind blowing price that was $200 cheaper than other stereo shops in the area! I set up an appointment for he next day and couldn't be happier with my sound system. Now fast forward to a week after getting my sub installed, I happen to crank my gain for my sub too high and I blew my sub out. I called Mike (two hours after he's closed) and told him what happened, he told me bring the car by the next day and he'd help me out. He hooked me up with a new subwoofer so I wouldn't experience any other issues and he didn't have to since I didn't buy my original sub or amp from him. Mike is a awesome guy and runs his business very well. He's more interested in making his customers friends of his versus seeing them as a dollar amount. Came in to Music N' Motion looking to get a false wall made for my trunk to hide my subwoofer since other shops informed me that it would cost too much wouldn't sound right or it wouldn't be possible! Well I walk and right away was greeted by Andrew. Told him what I wanted to get done and he brought out his fabrication guy outside to my car. Both looked at my trunk and told me exactly how they were thinking of building it and how the sound would still be as crisp as new! It was spot on of what I had in mind! Also he asked me what MY budget was rather than others throwing me a ridiculous price without even seeing it! These guys at Music N' Motion are here to help you and have a passion for audio systems not like other shops that just want your money! Disaster, broke my dash installing new alarm, scratched my paint installing antenna, charged me full price and didn't say a word. When I saw the damage and confronted him, didn't deny the damage and said he felt bad, did more damage then the work I payed for. Obviously the other reveiws are from his friends. I live in Dublin and am taking my car to another shop to repair the now not working interior lights and Antenna mast that was installed that dose not go all the way up or down. Mike is a nice guy and I believe has good intention, excellent salesman but don't be fooled. Very dissatisfied. My first time Yelping hope I save someone else the pain. It's not about the money it's about the poor workmanship, now I will pay to make it right and feel sick that they damaged my car. read more

I can't believe these negative reviews. I had troubles with my car locks and came to this store. I have had no problems since and the owner was amazing. He got me in right away and fixed my locks with new motors and a keyless remote. I then came back after a week having my stock speakers on my 1999 Honda Civic stop working. Fixed in less than two hours. Both times I had amazing deals. Coming back for more work with a louder system. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing about this shop sooner. read more
