Therapy in itself has enriched my life in ways I KNEW it would because I opened my heart and mind to it. I scheduled an appointment for my partner through ZocDoc with Kelsey for my husband who had a…read morereally hard time this week. I spent 3 hours to find this woman. Scheduled a therapy consultation. My husband tries to attend his appointment. On Zoom, her name was listed as Kelsey but NOT the person in the photo. My husband texts me and asks if it was Kelsey and he sends me a screenshot of their Zoom. It's clearly not her which is illegal. So I called the offices after and they were adamant this chubby, younger 30 year old woman wearing a v-neck scrub was the aged woman in the photo. I never told them I have a photo of the person and the fact this lady quite literally told my husband she was the person who does intake at the office. Additionally, we confirmed a scheduled consultation yet this was an intake for my husband to be matched with another therapist after spending 3 hours to find this one. The offices apologized and the office manager shared she would call me back. They didn't call me back so I reached out to them. They were adamant that it was Kelsey and on a recorded call, even stated that she described my partner. I was genuinely waiting for them to say it was a sincere mistake so I can be matched with a better therapist but after seeing them lie like that made be question their integrity as therapists, especially in a setting where you're sharing personal information. So I asked what was the mishap with the appointment when it was scheduled to speak to Kelsey and they said it was an administrative, appointment error. Okay so 3 hours looking, 30 mins on an intake call, 40 mins following up, 1 hour spending time completing Zocdoc intake forms which then transferred us to Headway to complete more forms as we found out they were connected for this woman to literally try and bill my husband's insurance to match him with a therapist. You guys are sickos and will ruin someone's mental health. So now that you wasted my time, lied to us, and more, I'm absolutely pursuing legal route for this.

As she disregard information multiple times creating multiple conflicts in the end the information she disregard was to prevent this prolonged wait pireod of multiple med appointments canceled by positive reset. was giving her so I wouldn't be in the possession I am in since this week. Finaly my 3rd attempt at medication management appointment in hopes I would actually be seen this time by a provider. I was never seen or provided with care but they had the audacity to charge me as I was standing for 25 min waiting for someone to meet me I called and called no answer on my 9th call out i got an incoming call from JILL saying I need to reschedule not even listening to me say im outside I've been waiting or even let me in. I was at a door as the call center said they would come bring me to the office I had to10 min before my appointment time because I showed up to my apt to a burnt building I had no voicemail of this or new location no memo with my confirmation I drove over a hour !!! And Alison the clinic director said she was not informed I believe even didn't escalate my complaint weeks ago properly you'll feel much better taking a walk outside and getting fresh air .

Everyone that works there always made sure i was ok and still to this day a month out they keep in contact with me to make sure I'm doing ok and if I need and think I can call them as well. I want to thank everyone that works there how blessed I am with the experience I had there. It's like one other rehab center so I heard from other that been threw them before. They are dishonest and not open about the billing and what your insurance covers…read more Many of us in our 45 day group have been getting 100,000$ bills even with inisurance If you stay with them within the housing they treat people like crap, they don't listen and they don't help slove the problem. We sent more time during groups listening to peoples housing issues then we discussed how to improve and get better. They only care about covering their butts. Avoid this place at all costs. Your not a client your their ATM. There are many other places that are much better then this group. The billing is almost fraud like take a look at my bill in the attached pic. People kill themselves over bills like this, so everything you are trying to improve will just be for nothing after you leave and start getting these crazy bills. 2 groups with 30 people X $100,000 a person for 45 days you do the math. I havce had major life eye surgries that cost less in total for what Advanced Health gives you. The lunch they serve is slop. On Fridays its pizza day everyone is told only 2 slices per person and they are bill each person over a 100k. Avoid at all costs

It took my deeply estranged ex-husband and I ONE YEAR to agree on a therapist for our daughter via the court system. That therapist was Annette. After seeing my daughter only twice Annette quit working with us, via e-mail no less (even though I had just called her). She stated she would not be able to continue seeing my child because of the unrest & anger between my ex-husband and I. So essentially, she refused to provide a struggling child therapy because of the large, broken emotional pieces of her family life - all things completely out of her control - that warranted her needing therapy in the first place. Annette is not patient-focused, warm, or professional. She would rather see a young, helpless child suffer in solitude than tolerate the inconvenience of her distressed parents. If she doesn't want to be involved with the strain of modern dysfunctional family dynamics, it would seem she is in the absolute wrong line of work. My daughter remains without a therapist & likely will for a long time to come. I would not recommend Annette to anyone, anywhere, ever.
