My favorite managing associate to go to is Claudia. She typically has the answers to my questions immediately. On the rare case she does not have the answer (people are not computers) she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide two things. She let's me know she needs to make a call to underwriting to find out and then she always gets back to me. This takes the burden of calling back off of my plate. Also, her empathetic conversational style, helps me to feel comfortable that she cares about the issue I am calling about and that she is on my side like a true neighbor.
