They took the time to explain the differences between State of Maryland and Georgia automobile insurance policies. They also gave us accurate price quotes. Several months later, I realized that we had not received our permanent auto insurance cards and our temporary auto insurance cards had expired. I called the State Farm 24 hour call center. They explained to me that our automobile insurance was expiring within a week. At that point, we had not received a billing notice or a phone call from Trevor's office. We were able to renew the auto policy on phone and we were emailed new insurance cards. While we were able to resolve our insurance problem, my belief is that an insurance office should regularly communicate with its customers whenever insurance policies are near the expiration date.

We have been with Casey Adams for over 6 years, we have been loyal to him and even moved with him 3…read moretimes as he changed companies. We followed him through 3 company changes. When he got to CF, we did. it have good experiences at all. Two years ago my son (who is homeschooled) got auto insurance and we were asked for his transcripts for a good student discount, we sent it and still got charged the full amount bc it wasn't filed in time, costing us over $200-$300 more that month. Then we added my daughter on auto and the exact same thing happened, we were asked for her HS transcripts, we sent them in and told they needed to be signed, so we signed them and sent them in immediately. then we got charged the full amount ($300 more than what we were told, causing us to overdraft our account) instead of the discounted amount we were told we would get. When we call Casey he NEVER answers the phone, we leave messages and he texts back. He NEVER calls us to speak with us. Then we were told that they don't take homeschool students on at a discounted price. which is crap bc they took our sons just fine. Casey never advocated for us, never contacted us to make it right, said there was nothing he could do. He said he would call us the next day letting us know an update. He. Never. Called. Ever. We cancels our policy with him as soon as we could find another agent. If you want an agent who looks out for your best interest, go elesewhere. We were loyal to him for over 6 years and we can't even get a call back from him. when we canceled our policy he never even acknowledged it, which was very hurtful. I hope this helps someone else.
