We settled on the details of the work. I want nothing shiny, just all flat drab colors. A true military style of camo. Well, this morning they called me to tell me it's ready to go. I was floored when I got there. It was exactly what I was looking for! 3 shades, green, tan and black. The pattern wrapped around the corners and edges to help to break up the outline. Everything is a flat matte finish, even the sealant used to protect the paint was a flat finish, no gloss or shine. They also did an excellent job on the logos and decals getting them covered and the chrome?? None to be seen, perfect! While I was looking it over another driver was loading up his trailer with a car. He told me he has come here all the way from Grants Pass three times because they have the best quality and prices compared to his area. I'm really grateful for the crew at Maaco and the time they took to do an unusual job request. To me this job is one I have been wanting for years. It is greatly appreciated and well worth the wait.

When I reach out to redeem it he says his gift certificates expire in one year. When I mentioned the terms and conditions in the email, he flat out said, "I can't get rid of those terms. My hand printed certificates clearly say they expire in one year." I only purchased it online and no attempts were made to update the terms. He was unwilling to do anything for the full $175 value except send a Starbucks gift card or refer us to someone locally at a discount. What Jayant has done is flat out illegal. You cannot override terms with terms that are never presented to the customer. The kicker is I paid close to $300 for a full auto detail on my car in August 21. I mentioned the gift card that had to be redeemed and he never told me about these new terms and conditions that he applies! It is clear that he is in the wrong because he blocked me on Facebook after asking him about the gift certificate in a comment. Be careful when buying any gift certificate from this man. And if you have window tint, check it twice. The tint on my drivers side window has pin holes all over after he detailed my car. I never brought it up because I was contemplating switching to a lighter tint anyways.

When I went up there to check they added another charge to the already exorbitant bill because they broke another part when taking it out. Had to wait another day for them to order that part. During that time I was w/o my car. Third day they never called and when I called them I was told that the person who can answer if the car is ready or not is going on a 1.5 hour lunch break and to call back after he comes back.

At long last (pushing 10 minutes) a guy finally came up and asked if anyone had spoken to me yet. I told him no, and could I simply drive out. He said yes, but there was a mishap and I almost steered my wheels out of the track, and another guy pounded on my window so violently that I was almost in tears when I was free at last. I'll never go back, but I might try their Harlow Road location with the passes I was given at the end.
