Nothing wrong with it, but I wanted somewhere were I could practice the competitive and athletic side of karate. Okinawa Dojo was the second dojo I visited. From the beginning, I was surprised with the level of the classes, as well as the knowledge and understanding of Karate by both Sensei Vitaly and Sensei Alex. Their kindness and passion for teaching inspires all of us to try hard and give our best in every training. Here, I have not only founda place to train and learn, but friends as well. When we enrolled staff went over everything with us including cost, schedules, expectations, payment and answered any questions I had before we enrolled. Any questions that I have had, any of the staff has always been able to answer my questions or find someone that can. My son has learned so much, made great friends, had great mentors in his Sensei's and had a lot of fun in not only the classes, but the camps, Halloween party, competitions, etc. This karate community has been amazing for our son and family. They have all competed at very high levels and know their techniques inside and out and are as open and generous with them as possible. Train with them for a while and you become family. Unpretentious, no egotism, no macho, just excellent martial art with a sterling lineage. If you want to learn real Karate go here, you will not regret the descision.
