I was able to pick up a comfortable pair of work shoes for under $20 which was phenomenal. The woman's shoe section had a ton of items as well, My partner was able to pick up a few different types of shoes. Her favorite choices were the flats and flip flops. Overall, this store has similar prices to stores like Payless, but the quality seems better. The selection in this store was also better than other shoe store I have been in to.

If I could leave negative stars I would... Absolutely unacceptable customer service. My wife…read morepurchased several items here (we try to support local and not Amazon) and the woman cashing them out was in a bit of a hurt but kind. She said if I missed any security tags please just bring it back and we'd be happy to remove them. My wife went back the next day quickly because they forgot to remove one. When she went in the young lady at the counter refused to remove it and was absolutely rude and disrespectful. They stated it's their policy without a receipt they WILL NOT remove the security tag... My wife returned to the car crying to which I immediately went in to ask why they treated her so rudely. Not to be confrontational at all. When I walked through the doors they were making fun of my wife and how they treated her so badly. They thought it was funny and amusing to treat someone that way. UNACCEPTABLE!! They told me we won't remove the tags because we won't risk losing our job to break policy. POLICY OR NOT!! You don't treat customers with that level of disrespect! Unacceptable! I will never allow anyone in my family to shop here again!

The highlight of the mall is a store called Boscov's. It's a department store that also has furniture, an eyeglass store and in store made fudge and Carmel corn.

The other interesting thing about this mall was that it reminded us of another mall we frequent and come to find out, it is owned by the same company as the Hampshire Mall in Hadley. In the end we had fun at this mall popping in and out of stores, but the food court was bland, the kids running through the store were in the way, and it could use more modern stores.

Being back to school shopping season is no excuse for how messy and disastrous each and every department was. The shoe department was especially bad. Prices were marked completely different RIGHT. ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out. My mom and I were so frustrated with all of the disarray we couldn't stand to stay very long or complete our shopping trip.

I have been to various Targets in many different cities and states, and this is my least favorite…read moreof all time. As much as I love Target overall, this location isn't great. I was here 3 times while home visiting my parents and both experiences were blah. The first time I came shopping in store. The parking lot is insane. It was early afternoon and we still had to park very far away. Inside the store things looked like a tornado went through in many different sections. They also had empty spots, and were out of quite a few things. The one thing that made me happy was the special biodegradable, reusable bags they are now using. They are super sturdy and def worth reusing, esp with NY State's plastic bag ban going into effect in the spring. The second and third times I did online order for pickup in store. I dont know if this is a newer option at this Target, but at home I am used to this being a very quick process. They even have reserved parking for it. Here I had to wait in line with everyone else wanting something out of the customer service desk, to which only one person was working. One instance I showed my barcode and they said it wasn't needed just my ID. The second instance they wanted my barcode and not the ID. No consistency. Some of my products ordered online upon pickup were not available and had to be cancelled.

Carters cat and Jack and more brands, not just generic. Only came away with 4 books for 10 bucks today but we do plan on coming back. Always remember it's reduce REUSE recycle in that order, this is way better for the earth than just tossing a can in the recycling. But you should also do that... just do both.
