While the company did eventually refund the price difference between the 30 and 40-yard dumpsters, they offered no compensation for the added time and labor I had to incur due to their error. There was no gesture of professional courtesy or attempt to make the situation right beyond the overcharge refund. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how a company responds to those mistakes that truly defines their customer service. In this case, Budget Dumpster fell short. I expected better. Had they attempted to make it right, I would truly consider using them again knowing because I would have praised their integrity. They did not show any integrity. Not a company I would support. It's not all about the money. It's about customer service which this company has shown they lacked in my case.
