Upon unloading, I see that numerous issues were at hand (pictures attached): * Marble table placed on top of TV (Stored on top of an upside down table / legs). * Multiple items stores in position never intended. * Large pieces of furniture resting (bouncing) against Living Room TV. * Christmas boxes placed on bottom of stack (crushed). * Fragile antiques placed on bottom on stack of heavy boxes. * Multiple items not wrapped (despite having left over moving blankets now have dings & scratched that could have been avoided). * Wood able that had so much weight on it, screws stripped out and wobbles. * Broken Kitchen Chair. * Workbench (loaded) placed sideways and belongs inside just bouncing all over. * NOTHING tied down. They were in such a hurry to finish the job that they loaded in such a shoddy way, there was no way that this could arrive without significant damage (in hindsight). After I removed my review, the owner contacted me asking if I had an issue with their work. I sent him pictures and no response. If they respond to this, please don't let them sweet talk you into using them. These guys are shoddy. To add insult, to injury - I tipped these guys quite well. I thought I was hiring pro's to handle my move. I got a bunch of guys throwing stuff into a PODS that simply did not care what kind of shape it was in once it arrived to it's end location. I'm now out of state with scratched & broken stuff and little I can do about it. Learn from my mistake - DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! Job happened on 10/13/23.

They were very efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. They certainly made our move out stress-less and we truly enjoyed having them. We hired them last minute after we had an issue with the moving company we had. They got back to us in 20 mins after my initial text close to midnight. They showed up on time and they arrived to Buffalo on the o'clock as they promised. We moved out at least 7 times in the last 10 yrs and advanced company by far was THE BEST. I will definitely recommend them to my friends in Cleveland.

We discussed the issue and the owner agreed to staple my brand new box spring that he damaged. My move was on 8-30-2019. However after trying to reach him numerous times he finally just ignored me even 3 months later. I did have two additional family members assisting me. Once things got damaged the company defense was that they don't know who actually damaged it. (Never add your own help). I also had a mirror that went missing. I asked him to check the truck he rented to move me and he ignored that as well. He adjusted the price but my move was still over $300.00. Even after he ignored me, I never disputed the charges. But this company is amateur and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Truly, I cannot say enough nice things about them…read more I had quite a little bit of a move from Kent to Avon and if the move from Westlake to Kent last year was any indication, I had no interest in doing it myself. Using Yelp, I sent out messages to receive quotes from various companies, and within an hour, Mount Up gave me a call. They quoted me at $300 for 3 hours plus two men and a truck big enough for my one bedroom apartment, plus a distance fee of $21.50. This was significantly less than other quotes I'd been given, plus they were available with less than a week's notice. I placed the $25 deposit right away. On moving day, they gave me a call in advance to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they got straight to work after assessing what I had and if/how I'd like the items to be moved (dismantled or put together? wrapped or no?) They were friendly, quick, and did the work of four men with total ease. They ensured that I did not go over our 3 hours. The only snag we hit, which we blamed on human error at the time of booking, was that if you choose to pay by card, there is a 5% fee. Otherwise, they do accept check or cash. Should I ever need to move again, I would undoubtedly book Mount Up again.

He asked some great…read moreclarifying questions and immediately provided a quote which was far more reasonable than any of the other submissions we had in Yelp projects. Mike, and his colleague Scott, showed up in a nice large truck and loaded up quickly within an hour. They were efficient and took great care to make sure that none of our items were damaged. The move was from Rocky River to Vermilion and within 3 1/2 hours, everything was deposited in the new location with care and attention. I was really pleased with all of the communication I had with Mike in person and electronic. They were repeatedly willing to move things around in the new location to suit our needs and that was really nice to see. It was a full service move and I cannot recommend accurate moves by Mike enough!

We were preparing to put our home up for sale and we hired Dussault Moving & Storage to store some…read moreof our property while the house was being shown and they would deliver it when we moved. Dussault delivered our belongings and they had no regard for our furniture or other items. We looked at our dining room set that they delivered and it has a big chunk out of it and it is scrapped on the side. The filing cabinet they put in my office, has big scratches and gouges on it. We marked our boxes with stickers showing if the items in it were fragile or heavy. They carelessly placed fragile items on the bottom and heavy on top. One box that had decorations in it to hang on our front door for various events was on the bottom and the box was crushed!!! We initially thought about hiring them when we moved all of our things to the new home but decided to go with someone else. All I can say is THANK GOD WE DID or we would have more things trashed or ruined. If you're moving, DON'T use Dussault Moving, you'll be sorry if you do!!!

My parents were helping my wife and I move when Tom showed up to our apartment. From the very beginning he had an anger problem with my mom. I told him that I wasn't sure what was said on the phone but my mom's father had just been put in hospice so take her with a grain of salt. While in the apartment he was barking orders, and being rough with our belongings. One of the things he asked to do we did, but while doing it he continued to exasperate the situation by not letting go of the subject. When I asked him if we could just drop the subject and move forward he lost it; refusing to move us at this point. Tom brought what had been taken to the truck and brought it back to the apartment as if he was dropping off garbage. He continuously dropped the "F-Bomb" even telling my elderly father, "F@#! You!" He also shouted that he's an American. He also let us know that he has been with the company for 16 years and that they would side with him over a customer. The owner ended up sending out new guys, one of which was Tom's partner to begin with. His name is Eddie...super nice guy! He even apologized for Tom's behavior. Eddie and the guy he came with, Dre (?) are the reason I am giving two stars instead of just one. If I talked to my customers even a tenth of the way Tom spoke to my family and I, then I would be unemployed. It is very sad that there are good people looking for work and yet a man like this still has a job. One day he is going to talk this way to the wrong person and they aren't going have it and he will probably be shot as a result.
