They delivered the tents, tables, chairs and fan that we ordered, a couple days before our event. The delivery team was incredibly kind, and worked in a quick manner! While delivering party rentals to my next door neighbor, their delivery driver hit my basketball court, knocking it to the ground, shattering the backboard, destroying the rim and hydraulics and exploding the base. The drivers stopped, exited the vehicle, picked the basketball court up, left the broken pieces on the ground and drove away. We have video and photos of the entire incident which have been shared with the company and its owner. They have not taken a single step in the right direction and nothing has been done to rectify several hundred dollars in property damage. A complaint has been filed with our local police department, which they have not responded to. Charges are pending in civil court. This is not how reputable companies do business. Not only is it morally reprehensible, it is illegal.
