If you want to spend thousands of dollars for fertility meds or ivf that's just stupid. I couldn't believe she said that. I just left and haven't been back.

I went back in 2019 for my yearly and when I asked for a Pap smear she asked me if my husband was sleeping around. She asked if I suspected him of cheating as that would be the only reason I should want a Pap smear. Never mind that I am a cancer survivor. I sent her a letter to let her know that I felt humiliated, and she wrote me a nasty letter and lied outright. She did not do a breast exam in 2018 or 2019. I have never felt so humiliated and belittled as when Dr. Nguyen addressed me. No doctor had ever treated me that way. I thought the doctor would apologize and all would be well. Instead she wrote me a letter as if to threaten legal action should I expose her. She was nasty to me. Period. I wonder if she would treat me this way were my skin color different. I will never know the answer to that.

The only downside is that they are always busy. Every appointment that I have been to, I have waited for AT LEAST 30 minutes, even when I arrive early. Once, I was waiting for and hour and a half! Labor and delivery was awesome. I was very impressed with Dr. Heim. I got there already at a 9 and ready to push, and he sprung into action. This was my 3rd baby, and this was by far the best hospital experience I've had.
