I have done the traditional treatments of meds meds and more meds, therapy, EMDR, Rolfing, rebirthing, acupuncture, pretty much any treatment to get my life back. From the beginning consultations at Klearmind I experienced nothing besides extreme professionalism, empathy and a good explanation of the IV service. It's almost hard to put into words my experience with the IV treatment. I laughed. Hard. For the first time in years. I didn't have any pain for the afternoon. I was able to find my spirit again and my spirit found joy. If you have been stuck in your head, stuck in depression, you should definitely consider ketamine therapy. Most of these individuals are patients, however some of them are staff. I think that if each and everyone of my peers implemented our core values at least once a shift we could bring this rating up. I am surrounded by one of the most outstanding Care Teams I have ever met. Nursing Staff that goes above and beyond the call of duty, Devoted support staff made up of Respiratory Therapists, Lab Techs, Pharmacy Techs, Medical Doctors, Psychiatrist's and of course the front runners...The first line of care: Mental Health Techs and CNA's. I was experiencing significant back pain, and my doctor's note states no restrictions, even though my job requires me to lift boxes weighing approximately 30 to 50 pounds. When I spoke with the medical assistant, she took her time talking with her coworkers before attending to me. As a result, I left still in pain and without having my note updated.
