Throughout my case, I felt that communications between my ex-husband and me were repeatedly misinterpreted. At one point, Eric had his paralegal review years' worth of communications between us--approximately 1,000 pages. Despite the significant time and expense involved in reviewing these messages, I did not see any meaningful changes, progress, or benefit to my case as a result. My case never even proceeded to court, and I ultimately felt that I received very little value for the substantial amount of money I paid. Most importantly, I lost trust and confidence in the representation I was receiving. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision when choosing legal representation. I counter sued and the judge that handled the case found that Madorsky, indeed, double billed me, charge me for time not on the docket and Madorsky owed me the difference. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this attorney. He did nothing to help but only prolonged my case and then sue me for MORE money. He will double bill you for hours.Charge you for time that's NOT on the docket. Don't ever give him cash because he will deny it. Don't give him Money Orders because he'll tell you to prove that he cashed them. He will prolong your case until you run thin on money and then he'll tell you to find another attorney. He will turn around and sue you for more money! He is a scammer NOT an attorney.
