When my son heard a horse and asked about it, the gentleman responded in Spanish, a language neither of us speaks. This left me feeling quite taken aback. However, when I shared my experience with a coworker, she mentioned that Woods Nursery has a tone that can make visitors feel unwelcomed, which aligned with my experience. It's disheartening because Woods Nursery is such a beautiful place, and one unpleasant interaction can impact the overall experience.
