There are two locations, but I go to the Kendall one since it's close to my apartment. Plenty of parking available since it's located in the plaza where the movie theater is. Making an appointment online is convenient and they have a lot of time slots. Paying by card will cost you a fee so to avoid that fee, you would need to bring cash. Eyebrow threading will cost $11. I usually leave it up to them to shape my eyebrows because they know what would look best for my face shape. I always leave satisfied by the eyebrow shape they threaded. However, I do notice that there are a few hairs that I would need to clean up myself when I get home. Overall, I will keep coming here. Maybe next time I will tell them to clean it up a bit more.

I thoroughly did my research reading all the reviews and set up a consultation with the owner figuring I was in good hands. I left after our consultation feeling confident that we were on the same page. There were a couple of red flags though, he said I should go blonde and that women should have long flowing hair. I have an edgy bob undercut. Shorter hair suits me best and it's me! I left his salon with uneven extremely brassy highlights after showing him many photos of what I wanted. Again he said yes, of course. I went into his salon with damaged hair from highlights previously done at another salon and left with even more over processed hair. Needless to say they lost a client. This brings me to R&H. Brian took the time to listen to me and was honest with me in that he didn't want to lighten my hair at this point because of the state my hair was in. We talked about our options and decided to do a gloss. From the beginning he said due to the different colors and unevenness of my hair, the gloss would add shine and tone down the brassiness. While it's not where I want my hair to be, it's a work in progress and for now I'm treating it with Olaplex and hair masks. My hair is shinier and softer. I appreciated Brian's honesty and candor and plan to visit him in the near future.

I have a horrific experience here and it alllll started when I called to book an appointment with a MASTER STYLIST and long behold I was placed with the lady who does nails and they were TRAINING to cut hair. SHE REUINED MY HAIR!!! Please refer to the photo. I mean it will be years before I can grow my bangs out, they go all the way back into by head far beyond my ears. BUT. I don't blame the stylist, she's new to the game. I BLAME THE STAFF. Starting from the receptionist who booked me with a trainy when I asked for a MASTER STYLIST. I was seated right away and I told the lady that I preferred wax. She talked me into threading and promised the process would be painless with her - to give her a chance. Boy am I happy I did! Not only was this threading the least painful and bothersome I've ever had, the lady doing my brows was very skilled and moved very swiftly. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, I was so blown away by the shape of my eyebrows! I have pretty shapeless eyebrows; they grow completely straight. My face instantly reappeared from behind my bushy eyebrows and I became a threading believer. The pictures do the shape no justice. I came back to Get Brows on a Saturday and, although super busy, they were able to attend to everyone in a timely manner. She was so kind and friendly we had a great time as she cut my hair. I asked for a butterfly cut and I believe she did great job. She asked how short I wanted my bang pieces bc if she cut them shorter they wouldn't fit into a ponytail and I VERY much appreciated that because I work out often and wouldn't want them to not go into a ponytail.
