From the perfect places to stay, what to see, which restaurants to go to and what was great on the menu to the car rental, they were amazing!!! Manuel called the car rental to make sure all was well and again on the day of our arrival, just to make sure all was arranged and ready, which was such a comfort. Renting a car can be stressful, but not with his help! Thank you Manuel!!! We went first to Tulum, then Akumal and ended in Valladolid. We didn't take any tours, we did it all on our own thanks to all of the information and help they provided! I speak very minimal Spanish, and my husband hardly any, and we had no issues. We can't wait to go back. We had a trip of a lifetime! The people are lovely, the food incredible, the beaches glorious and the ruins and jungle were magical. The day goes by SO fast, but they make sure you're still getting EVERY shot, hugely due to following the timeline so well....while still keeping the bride and groom happy and calm! Our day would have looked hugely different without their help, seriously. - Packages! - I loved that ALL the details were included in their package options and laid out clearly, no questions! The main "items" we were searching for in a package.....x2 shooters, option for more time to be added, engagement session INCLUDED, professional wedding album INCLUDED, and unlimited downloads/prints due to getting the printing right.....CHECK! All of the "must-have's" a bride is looking for.....they have it and again so transparent about what they offer!! And such fair pricing!! Pup-Lovers! - Honestly, this was initially a HUGE draw for us of how dog-friendly they are! We have a chocolate lab and it was important for us to have him there on our wedding day. I walked out of my session with Katya and Sydney riding a high like I have never experienced…read morebefore. I booked a session to surprise my husband with photos for an anniversary present what I didn't expect is what it would do for my confidence and view of my body (which I didn't think I had confidence issues about!) After hearing the comments Katya and Sydney made during the session and seeing a few previews in various sets, I walked out with a completed different perspective! Katya and Sydney were amazing. I expected to feel nervous as I had never taken Boudoir photos before yet when I took my robe off for the first set of photos, I was surprised to feel comfortable and at ease. We laughed and chatted throughout the session like we were old friends. Their expert posing guidance includes moving you like a barbie doll, verbal coaching and making sure every strap, hair, etc is in the right place. I did the Bella Sole experience which was an entire day session because I wasn't sure I would be able to narrow things down and I am so glad I did. I was able to do everything on my wishlist and then some - although I admit I now have some new ideas. I'm not sure what was harder, waiting for the proofs or trying to continue keeping this a surprise from my husband once I saw them! If you are on the fence about taking the leap for photos, not sure its right for you or not sure if you will look good, I strongly encourage you to take the leap. They will make you feel amazing!

They do not give you digital rights to your pictures or even offer high quality digitals. You can't just order prints, only canvases and such. The prices are ridiculous. Do not go here unless you have $3,00,-$5,000 to spend on pictures and even then you will only get a few canvas pictures and it will take months to get your items. Ken and Kathy updated your practice!
