When I arrived, I was greeted at the door, and Leslie was waiting for me at the bowl to start my pedicure. She offered me a glass of wine and began my pedicure. I got a French manicure on my feet and it is beautiful. She really did a nice job. Next she did my manicure. I was originally going to get Joe like I always get but decided to try something different. I ended up getting what is similar to acrylics, but they use gel and a shorter than stiletto almond tip. When she was finished, she suggested adding chrome and said that it would be so pretty. I've never had chrome she added, and it was beautiful. I want to suggest that everyone go see Leslie, but I'm sure that everyone does well too. I will be back. This is my new favorite place.

The online booking system is convenient, but multiple times I scheduled appointments specifically with Mike (who is great!), only to arrive and be assigned to someone else. On top of that, my gel nails began peeling and cracking within a week when another tech did them, which should not happen with quality work. To avoid further issues, I booked my appointment days in advance and only with Mike as selected tech and even called the morning of to confirm both the time and that Mike would be available. Despite doing everything correctly on my end, I arrived 7 mins early for my 4:45 appointment only to find the salon already behind schedule with walk-ins. I was then told Mike would not be available until 5:30 -- 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The owner, Ivy, eventually called me back 5 mins later and suggested I return later or have another technician come from their Millville location. Unfortunately, after already leaving work early and driving there, that was not a realistic solution. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but repeatedly prioritizing walk-ins over scheduled appointments is frustrating and unprofessional. The inconsistency in both customer service and nail quality has made it difficult for me to continue supporting this salon.

Pam was my nail tech, she was very engaging, kept us comfortable, and in a conversation. It was very relaxed. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 star was cause some spots on my nail had thin paint on them and you could see the difference when you look close enough. I didn't notice the ones on my toes till a few days later. These manicures were done on 6/26, it's now 7/14, my nails have grown out a little, and there is a little cracking in the polish but they are hanging on strong! There were only two technicians working on four customers , my husband MIL,SIL and myself, so the appointments felt rushed. My pedicure wasn't very thorough even for others the soles of our feet were barely scrubbed, leaving rough areas that I expected would be smoothed out. My husband also noticed several hanging pieces of dead skin around his nails that weren't trimmed or cleaned up, making the finished pedicure look incomplete. The technician happily did it again. I understand they were busy, but I would have preferred more attention to detail, especially for the price of $370 which doesn't even include tip, I expected a bit better experience. With more time spent on each customer, this salon has the potential to provide a much better experience because the cleanliness and atmosphere are already there. Two time now the stylist just wanted to cut my hair and not wash it. The first time she did it I didn't question ( I should have cause I was charged the full price). The second time I said no you have to wash it first. If wash and conditioning are factored into the price then I would expect to get it. Also, when I call to make appointments they frequently don't answer the phone. I always leave a message and don't get a call back. What kind of business is that? So needless to say I won't be returning! Btw I think $35.00 is kinda steep for a very short haircut that doesn't require any finishing products!
