While on vacation in Ocean City, MD -- I stumbled upon "Diamond Nail Salon". The manicurist Shraya, was very pleasant and thorough as well as professional. She did not rush through the process, and made sure I was happy. She had practiced designs on herself and I was Soo amazed by her seashell design! (Soo talented!) Great Experience, Thank you!

Super clean space, very friendly staff, barely any wait for a mani/pedi walk in. Granted I was here during off peak tourist season, but it was still busy enough with regulars that I expected at least a small delay. My tech was incredibly thorough with the entire process, but especially the polish. There was a pinky finger that just wasn't looking right to her, so she wiped everything off and started from scratch till it looked perfect. Two things in particular stood out to me here: 1, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the tourist area they're in; 2, the staff members spent time talking to their customers and very little time chatting with each other. It made me feel very welcome and not like I had interrupted their day (the way I often feel at other nail salons). I wish I lived closer to frequent this place more often.

Wonderful experience at this nail salon in Ocean City! We were walk-ins, and the owner did everything she could to fit both my husband and me in for pedicures, which we really appreciated. My nail tech was amazing, and the pedicure was so relaxing and well done. Best part -- my regular nail polish is STILL on and looks great, and I didn't even get gel! You can definitely tell they take their time and care about quality. Friendly staff, great service, and such a welcoming atmosphere. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Ocean City! read more

Pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a salon in Ocean City! My daughter and I were able to have side by side mani pedis to prepare for a family wedding. I loved that the nail tech knew so many customers and was able to share advice about the area. Nail techs were friendly and kind. We will definitely be back! read more

My daughter did a yelp search, called here and was scheduled immediately. She loved her nails, they were exactly what she asked for. The nail tech said he wanted to redo one nail. She said, it is fine, they look great. He smiled and said, yes, but I can make them look amazing! and he did. Fully recommend!! read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated for my spa pedicure! It was amazing! The massage is the best! Next, I moved on to my fill. Both of the employees I had were pleasant! It took me an hour just to finally start getting my toenails painted which only took 10 minutes and was $55 for a basic, white gel, and totally overpriced pedicure. Two hours after, I still had some kind of solution on my legs from the pedicure. Once I was finally sat to get my manicure, they told me they couldn't do an ombré, 3D, charms, or drawings. I left unhappy and with only my toenails painted. read more

Weirdest mail Salonge experience. There were kids running around and screaming. It felt more like a daycare and not relaxing at all. They did a good job on my nails but the atmosphere was just chaotic and the icing on the cake was the owner asking me to Pay cash for my $80 services. I always use cash for a tip but to tell customers that you prefer cash is just so awkward and screams tax issues. read more

Owner and workers seem nice and pricing is fair. Wait time significant with and without appointmentBut I have been there twice and both times I have had trouble with colors. They often don't have the colors they give u to choose from, They cant match what ur wearing, Cant match colors at all across gel, regular polish and dip Even more they seem annoyed if u are trying to match colors or if u ask them to use their expertise to find matching colors. If you don't mind waiting and are not too concerned with what colors up on your nails, its a fine place read more

I live in the DC area but spent some extended time in OCMD in the offseason which had me seeking out a nail salon for a much needed pedicure. I found Diamond Nails via Yelp. My mom was in town so we did a 'walk in' and we were both taken care of right away. We got the spa pedicure and the minty treatment for our legs was incredible- I wish I could come back every few days for this amazing treatment. My pedicure polish was also done perfectly! I was so happy with my pedicure that I came back a few days later for a gel manicure and I had a similar wonderful experience. I was so impressed by the level of service as well as how friendly everyone working at Diamond salon is. It's so great in fact that, for future stays, I will be delaying my salon visits in the DMV so I have the chance to stop into Diamond Nail Salon. read more

i came here once and got an okay manicure. nothing to brag about. when i later called, ready to have them removed i booked an appointment day of ( called at 3:15, booked apt. @ 4:00) i believe i was otp with sammy, the same tech who did my nails.. anyways i show up for my appointment and they closed the doors for the evening and locked up!! i guess they realized they weren't gonna make enough money off of me to stay open. i told her on the phone i would be traveling from 25 minutes away. all to come and find they closed early. highly disappointed, won't be returning or recommending people as i was before. read more

They were able to get me in for a dip manicure right away without an appointment, which was nice. However, I was super rushed. I only had a short time to pick a color, and she asked me three times if I had picked a color yet. When I finally picked one, she could clearly see that I was hesitant about it, but she never suggested that I keep looking or helped with another color. Dip process was really fast and, as a result, the nails came out so thick and grainy. Hardly any time spent on cleaning up cuticles. No lotion, no massage. The staff members here are super nice, friendly and very welcoming. They did a great job on my pedicure, and were very detailed ... making sure all the dead skin was removed. I had been on my feet walking on the beach. The price was $30 for just the regular pedicure. My feet are definitely happier now. :) read more

Called to see if they were accepting walk ins and they said yes they had a ton of availability when I arrived 10 minutes later it was 1 client and 1 technician and was told they had no appointments available and they request they you make an appointment. I said I just had called and they told me I was misinformed. I would avoid and find somewhere that is friendly and know how to handle situations better. It also was not very clean when I walked in. read more

Stacey made my massage experience not only relaxing, but also healing. Kait paid such close attention to detail with my pedicure that I left with feet that felt pampered and young again. The front desk staff not only knew their job really well, but also greeted us cheerfully and had some amazing water for us. Who knew that cinnamon, apples, and cranberries made drinking water an experience! Everyone helped us celebrate not only two milestone birthdays, but also a milestone in a health journey. Not only was she a very talented massage therapist, she was also very educated in her practice, and in that 90 minutes I met SUCH A GOOD PERSON. We chatted, but I could tell she was very sensitive to know if someone just wanted complete silence too. I had a very disappointing experience. I've visited several times before and usually had great service, but this visit was so negative it changed my overall view. The man doing my manicure had blood on his hands, and when I pointed it out, he claimed it was just paint. However, I noticed he actually had a bleeding cut. He quickly washed his hands but didn't cover the wound. I asked for a different technician because interacting with someone who has an open wound made me uncomfortable. Despite the situation, I was still charged the full price and received no discount. I left leaving so upset and anxious about the experience. I would only recommend booking with Chloe or the owner for your manicure. read more

The middle age woman who did my pedicure today, she has worked there for 13 years and it showed through her service! She did an amazing job! Made me feel comfortable, she did not pressure me into anything more than what I wanted and gave an amazing massage! Well worth the money! Never pushed started small talk but was very kind and engaged in conversation when I spoke. I will definitely be visiting her next year!! read more

CLEAN & AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to other places regularly & was treated like they've never seen me before. I went back for a 2nd trip to Diamond Nails, they greeted me by name! Not only that...my manicure and pedicure gets me compliments every day. Seriously, they spend a lot of time on each person & never rush. BONUS: a manicure gets the typical hand rub but they also massage your shoulders & arms! read more

I love this place and will be coming back! I got a pedicure and it took a little less than a half hour. I did have to wait to get in my chair but I didn't mind. They were all friendly and welcoming and I got done quicker because I made an appointment. read more

Very clean, and a nice atmosphere/decorations. I got the basic pedicure, but wished they did more massaging than they did (they really only put on lotion). It was nice, and glad we were able to find such a nice place while on vacation. read more

Awesome! This is the only place open on Sunday's in the off season. The staff is great, so pleasant, and easy to talk with. I drive 30 minutes and pass several other nail salons (even in the summer). It is worth the drive! read more

What a fabulous place! Our group of 5 had fabulous pedicures. Two of us added manicures and they were just as great. All of the staff is very friendly and very good at their jobs. Definitely will return on our next vacation. read more
