I know it was super last minute. To my luck Chantelle had an opening! I have never had my lashes done and didn't know what to expect and was worried I would come out looking weird haha. Chantelle is very nice and accommodating. The whole process took about 1:45. Sitting still with my eyes closed was definitely a challenge but I did it haha. A few cons: there is limited free parking so you'll most likely have to pay. There is little turnover in the staff, so they really get to know you. I have done both general preventative and cosmetic (whitening). The office is super clean and even when you step into the bathroom you feel like you're in someone's home. On my last visit I had a new hygienist and the dentist asked me for feedback on how much I liked or disliked him. The hygienist rocked. He cared about my comfort (as do they all). All in all, the office is great. They offer Saturday appointments and have evening hours. Even thought they are out of network for my husband and I, we continue to go there because we like the office that much!

STEER CLEAR! I went…read morein for a cleaning with their $99 new patient special. They took my X-rays and explained that I needed a deep clean instead of a regular cleaning. They then handed me a proposal for $1400 and said they needed atleast half upfront with no payment options and I still had to pay the $99 even though they refused to even do a regular cleaning. They insisted I apply for a credit card right then and there, which thankfully I said no (the amount of pressure to commit and pay right there was the first red flag). As soon as I left, I called around and found another place and had my X-rays sent to them (which weren't even complete X-rays) the second place I called offered the same proposed deep clean for $700 that this place quoted me $1,400 for. Which was the next red flag. Today I had my consult with the new place and was told I don't even need a deep clean. It was all just a way to commit to a long term treatment plan so they can get more out of me than the advertised $100 for a cleaning. Confirmed, this place is a complete scam and just out to take peoples hard earned money. Even worse, they tried to scare me into thinking I had gum disease and severe bone loss to get me to panic and apply for a line of credit right then and there. After calling to complain they refunded me my $100 and insisted they weren't wrong. I hope this helps keep someone from paying and having unnecessary things done. So unethical and wrong.
