First time visiting Paradise Lashes and definitely not the last! I love my results! I naturally have long eyelashes and heard about a lash lift to make natural lashes more curly and appear longer. Searched lash lifts in Ft Lauderdale and Paradise Lashes came up with amazing reviews. The reviews weren't lying. Maritza is the best and so nice! Parking is a little confusing, but it's on the second floor in the garage next to the building, go down the elevator and find her room. The lift takes about 45 minutes. It's a mental thing to sit through the procedure, but definitely worth it. One part is a little itchy, but nothing you can't sit through. Maritza talks to you the entire time to let you know what she's doing and to keep your mind off getting your lashes done. The bed is super comfy and she has a soft blanket for you. She even checks on you the next day and so on to see how you are doing. Amazing customer service. I use to wear mascara most days, but with Maritza's results, I just get up and go with nothing. I started trying eyelash extensions about 5 months ago. Looking online and trying to find that one person that would make me love them. After several attempts of trying to find that one person I finally found Maritza! I will forever go to her for my eyelashes even if she moves farther away she is worth it. First of all she listens to you and helps you achieve for that look you want. I have a special occasion coming up and thought false eyelashes would look nice because I don't wear mascara. Who knew there was a difference in all of the items that were available to chose from? A strip, individual, mink, plastic, long, short. It was enough to make my head spin! So, I read reviews then researched and I'm happy that I did. My first encounter with Maritza was through her website. After quickly perusing it and having questions, I called and left a message. She called me right back. (Point 1 Maritza) I still wasn't convinced that this was for me even after reading her stellar reviews and doing the research, so I thought I'd make one appointment and if it didn't work out, I wouldn't go back. I would gain 2-hours of rest while she applied the individual lashes and that would be it. This is what actually happened. You are welcomed into her private suite where you sign well written medical forms that describes what will happen. Then you are asked to lie on the table with a comfy pillow where you'll rest for 2-hours while Maritza gently and calmly touches your eyelashes. (Her voice is calming-has she thought of a meditation tape?) Once she's finished (how did that happen so quickly) you look at your eyelashes and she asks you if you like them, approve, etc. She wants feedback to make you happy. Have I gotten to the part where she follows up with you the next day to see how you and you eyes and eyelashes are doing? Maritza is patient, professional, calm and warm. Maritza texted me parking info without me even asking (always something I stress about when visiting downtown places for the first time) and made my appointment infinitely more positive than I ever thought it could be.
