Waited four weeks and were told by an employee they were pulled off our job to do another project. Then they sent a guy who was unqualified to do the work. He made a mess and pretty much screwed up everything he touched. The butlers pantry doors still have not been finished- said they would be here October 10-11. It is now the 24th. No calls , no explanation. I went by and asked to speak to the owner. I was told she was not there . How convenient. Notice the pic of the back of the butler pantry door and the glass cabinet door. Do you call that professionally done? I say, if your builder steers you toward this company, just say no.

And soon we will remodel our laundry room and guest bathroom with them. I guess this says all you need to know about what we think about HH Kitchen and Tile. They are true professionals. Each person that comes to our house is at the top of their game. Perfectionists one and all. We are not saavy when it comes to remodeling. So we especially appreciate Randy and Debbie helping us form and decide what we want to do. The suggestions they offer are right on and give us what we need to feel comfortable to proceed. You never hear "we can't do that". It's always "yes we can do that". They are always on time. They are considerate of our space. They always clean up after themselves. Our remodel included a lot of carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Our previous shower was now turned into a beautiful closet with many drawers and shelves. Our unused tub turned into a walk in shower. The existing window in the shower now has the ability to either fog or clear with a click of a switch. We want to thank in addition to Randy and Debbie Travis, Paul, Donny, Javier and Jose for their excellent work and for putting up with us. Needless to say, we highly recommend them!

They took 100% payment for tile without disclosing it wasn't in stock--only told us after we paid that it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. When we canceled due to delays, they tried to charge a 55% restocking fee on what was in stock. 2. We prepaid for shower glass and had it measured. Three weeks later--after zero communication--they told our contractor they had canceled the order and didn't want to do the job anymore. 3. We gave them a 50% deposit for countertops and backsplash after multiple meetings. Then they casually informed us it would be another 3-4 weeks before installation, so we canceled again. To top it off, the owner told my contractor he still wanted his business--after blatantly ghosting us. That says everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.
