Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake they are literally chasing after me for this $225. There are many more trustworthy dentists in the Parma area.....

It didn't seem like he was judging you, which i've had at other places (hence the reason I avoided the Dentist for so long probably) and finally the office staff are great in the way that the explain your Insurance, Payment options, and scheduling for you.
