He took the time to explain the difference between warm and cooler tones when it came to grays because I stated I wanted to avoid a blue/purple undertone that you often can get with gray. Stopped at Palmdale's Sherwin-William paint store and checked out blues. Looked up Sherwin Williams art deco blue, found out Naval Blue was their 2020 color of the year and the perfect throwback for art deco! Eddie Mata at the store explained the different paint finishes and I was so in love with this color we bought the paint without the sample and hoped for the best. Big shout out for Eddie - he was so helpful and explained S-W stands behind its paint and customer satisfaction and I was so excited to take it home and get the samples covered so we could start the real painting. My primary store is located in the San Gabriel valley, but sherwin Williams is SW. The first walk in was to conduct a color sample swatch pile for my customer. When I asked for assistance from a SW professional I was forwarded to a man named MARCOS who patiently navigated the color board picking out the color recommendations from SW color snap all in all it was about 20 color swatches he compiled for my customer. The second walk in was in to actually make The purchase of the colors to be put on the home of my customer. We selected SW latitude because the paint product is designed for the climate of the antelope valley. I am amazed by the professional etiquette of this store and its entire team. I am glad I was given the assistance I received and I will always make sherwin Williams my professional choice for exterior/ interior repaints to deliver incredible finishes for the community to enjoy

Our home is large with three levels and a large detached lower garage. This project took a considerable amount of preparation along with the painting itself. Sam and his team did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable for such a large project. Sam's team completed the job in about six weeks, which is the appropriate amount of time for a job of this size. We had several changes to work scope, customer requested, and every time Sam's additional costs were reasonable and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of with a change order. We came here directly as we knew they had color matching services. The lady at the counter stated that there's an app that told us that and walked away, stated that we are over 40 years old and we need help, she disregarded and didn't offer and support. Me and my husband and my son I've been here working diligently, I'm figuring out paint colors with no supports. There are currently three people working and not one person has checked on us on our large paint purchase. We will be going else where with our business.
