The garden section from sept-Feb. pretty scarce not a lot of wild natural options- when making our outdoor enclosure for our tortuous we had very few options here in selecting non toxic plants. When trying to ask for or where a plant is they just pointed "over there" or "idk" Really hard to spend money when they don't know their products or just don't care. However we do like the kids club projects my son and the lady who runs it have a great relationship. She use to be stand of fish but we wore her down or he did with his smiles every month for the past 2 years 24 + crafts together.

The chimney has 4 sides but the guy just painted only 3 sides. We have to ask them to come back and paint the back side that time. Service: There was only 1 person working on my 2 stories house paint job almost entire time. And this project took longer than promised. The guy didn't block the vent when he painted the garage, he sprayed the paint through it which cause paint all over my stuff stored in there. If you have specific needs for your home, make sure that everything you want done is put in writing, and that the costs are all listed There was also NO longevity guarantee for the work. He was difficult to communicate with and overall very reluctant to help with anything beyond painting, such as removing smoke detectors and patch up the hole to paint the area. The paint job looked good upon first glance but because he freehanded the project and didn't tape out sections that should be left unpainted, there were paint droplets left all over the various surfaces of my place. He also completely forgot to paint the back of the closet doors, and did not respond to my texts and emails asking for them to be completed. If you don't care about having perfect quality, he'd be the person to go to, but otherwise find someone who is more meticulous.

I do not have any gardening or Landscape experience and do not live in the area nevertheless I…read moredecided to design a "Desert Landscape" for the front and back yards of my son's home in Palmdale. One of my son's main wishes was some privacy from the neighbors who overlook his back yard and rather than extending the block walls above the legal height I decided that hedges would do the job. My criteria were fast growing, color, low maintenance and water and I decided on "Purple Hopseed". I called a lot of local nurseries hoping to find them at 6' high but that was prohibitively expensive with 15-gallon plants and nobody seemed to have them in 5 gallons. I stumbled on Quartz Hill Garden Center and spoke with Kiersten the manager, she was incredibly helpful and responsive and tracked down 37 five-gallon Purple Hopseed plants that she could get in two days from a reputable supplier. She told me that they would be 3-4 feet tall and I resigned myself to the fact that we would have to wait a year or two for them to grow and expand. Kiersten gave me a good discount so I ordered them and you can imagine my delight when they were delivered and were actually 6 feet high! I was actually getting 15-gallon size plants for a 5-gallon price (see photo). Kiersten was also a very helpful in recommending other local resources and she was an absolute delight to deal with.
