When I went to pay, they attempted to charge more than the displayed price. When I inquired, the initial employee was going to honor the price tag. A reasonable thing to do. After seeking the manager for approval, she declined to honor the tagged price. She said the other gloves were marked with the higher price, essentially acknowledging the error in their tagging of their merchandise. Considering I don't work there and didn't price tag their merchandise, it was really confusing why that was relevant. Also, this all begs the question of how many times they do this to their patrons? Is it company policy to price an item one thing and overcharge by 33% and hope no one notices? Just honor the price tag. Not difficult. You did it, not me. I'm a paying customer, who is in town regularly enough. I hope the $5 was worth it. You clearly needed it more than me. Bums.

It was not noted that the sale started on Friday until the last second or two. An email brought me to the store. The clerk would not allow a significant sale price. So we are in the process of selling our condo. There were a few rooms where it required some…read morepatching and touch-up before selling, and we did not have any of the original paint containers. I used a sharp utility knife, and cutout a 2x2 inch piece to allow them to match. I also had them match some exterior paint. I brought all my samples to the store, and they made each color which allowed me to simply patch and paint without doing the whole room! I dropped off my samples, and picked them up the next day. This gave me time to spackle, sand + prime, so when the paint was ready it was a quick job. It was great to avoid repainting everything. The finished job looks great, and you would never know it was recently touched up.. I found the people at the desk to be professional and on task.
