I have a horrific experience here and it alllll started when I called to book an appointment with a MASTER STYLIST and long behold I was placed with the lady who does nails and they were TRAINING to cut hair. SHE REUINED MY HAIR!!! Please refer to the photo. I mean it will be years before I can grow my bangs out, they go all the way back into by head far beyond my ears. BUT. I don't blame the stylist, she's new to the game. I BLAME THE STAFF. Starting from the receptionist who booked me with a trainy when I asked for a MASTER STYLIST.
