This was the worste thing i could have done. They just wanted money then they got it and became very rude. Most of the staff would tell me ridiculous things and acted like I wasn't in terrible pain. The dentist did everything not to help me. I went everywhere u wanted and still you wouldn't help me. You built everything around a crown I complained about from the beginning and lied saying you could add composite to it knowing it definitely wouldn't work. And when It kept hurting you and your staff worked harder to find a way not to help me. Very unprofessional and rude. After I paid for composite rebuild wich was the worst thing I could have done. I felt you knew what you where doing and you did not. You acted like I was wrong no matter what. Pretty teeth would be nice if they could have fixed the pain It was only the top 2 back teeth that hurt. You sent me away refusing to help. Not much of a dentist if they dont think theres thousands of dollars in it. Money was all they wanted. Wasnt happy with it ever. Change the angle of my top teeth to cause more pain. Dobt get composite here its a joke. And removing it is almost impossible without ruining my teeth. Wich it did. Thanks for half a job that cost as much as a car. Plenty of other issues also mouthpeice was a giant thing added to the giant teeth they built i couldnt even hold my mouth open. I thought you where a good dentist and i was wrong. You caused me more problems and cost me more than any dentist. Warning to all they will do whatever they can to get your money. Then not follow through on what was a disaster. read more

I recently had a cleaning appointment here and I was absolutely furious and humiliated about how I was treated by staff. First thing you should know: I have a very dry mouth due to medication side effects. It is dry as a desert most of the time no matter what I drink. I floss my teeth every night and brush twice a day, every day. I make every effort to have good teeth. The hygienist took my X-rays and asked if I floss, to which I replied yes, and she proceeded to go on a long condescending speech about how to floss (which I know how to do) and to make sure I get my back teeth (which I do). She then told me I had a cavity and lectured me on sugary drinks like sodas and coffee drinks, even though I never drink sugar soda and I make my own coffee drinks with sugar free ingredients. I am furious that she assumed I am terrible when it comes to my dental care from just one X-ray film and before the dentist himself even saw me. She proceeded to clean my teeth using the water jet thing and overfilled my mouth with water, which then ran down my neck and onto my shirt, not once but three separate times. When she flossed my teeth, she did an embarrassingly bad job (didn't curve the floss around the tooth, didn't even floss the back of my molars!). Once that enjoyable experience was done, the dentist came in to see me and told me I had multiple cavities that needed filling and started listing off things I could try to do to help my dry mouth without asking what I already do. He lectured me on high fluoride toothpaste (which I use), hydrating mouth wash (which I use), sugar free gum and mints (which I use) and told me to sip water all day (which I make sure to do). After treating me as if I had never cleaned my teeth in my 21 years of living and making condescending assumptions about my dental care habits, the hygienist handed me a sheet with what needed to be done for my cavities and after that it was out the door to get rid of me. The treatment I received at Karmazin left me so angry and humiliated I threw up in the parking lot when I got to my car. It is an awful feeling to be accused of drinking high sugar beverages and not flossing adequately despite doing everything I am able to do and then handed a bill and whisked out the door. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Karmazin to anybody and I hope nobody receives treatment as horrible as they treated me. I am switching dentists to attempt to find staff who have an ounce of empathy and compassion for their patients and their situations and who do not find it acceptable to treat their patients with such disrespect. I am disgusted with this clinic and its staff and I very much regret going in for a cleaning. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but seeing there was only one review on here and it was obviously very skewed, I felt they needed a truer representation of their clinic and their staff! Karmazin Dental has been my dentist for the past three years. Dr's Cory and Molly are exceptionally friendly people and are great at what they do! I can't speak for all of the hygienists, but I can say all of the hygienists I or my children have seen have been very qualified and personable. They form a personal relationship with their patients and genuinely care about their oral health. They are informative; not condescending at all like the other reviewer stated. I would and HAVE recommended my friends and family try Karmazin. read more
