There was mention of scarring a couple times that I can remember, but in passing. I did not consent to this. No one in their right mind would consent to looking like this. The doctor had no in-depth conversation with me about this type of scarring even being possible. I also have lost some function in my right eyebrow. The eyebrows do not react the same as each other. This was also never discussed. I have contacted plastic surgery associates, and have sent texts, and have been told that this is "normal". This is in no way shape or form normal. I do not know a single person who wants to look like this at the end of the day, nor who would agree to surgery, that would leave them looking like this for the rest of their lives. The response to my concerns has been lackluster and apathetic to say it very lightly. As a result, I'm no longer dating, I can't go out in public without wearing a hat, and I barely visit with friends or family. It has affected my confidence, and my self-esteem, and has me feeling completely gutted after this experience. Their website says: "As architects of beauty and renewal, we're committed to offering a deeply personal and uplifting path towards aesthetic transformation. This is important as some procedures are not immediately reversible and it is better to start conservatively even though I know I can be pushy sometimes ;) I have been to many other med spas and must say they have a good thing going. As it was my first visit I cannot vouch for 5 stars quiet yet but I will be back. The ladies at the front desk were also very professional and helpful unlike some other med spas I have been to. Madeleine informed me that we have been dismissed from Southeastern Dental due to financials (my daughter is not in network and I didn't pay upfront for my cleaning) and for "not showing up to an appointment" (They didn't have any masked to provided and I didn't have one).
