I showed up on time for the appointment and waited outside for about two hours -- no one ever came out, called, or answered. Even the owner, who introduced himself as Andrew, never showed up or reached out to apologize or reschedule. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for people's time says a lot about how the company operates. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before applying or working with Costello Construction, as my experience suggests they are not as serious or reliable as they appear.

We have cameras in every room so we had it on video. For all of the inconveniences he offered to put a free patio door in which was defective and every time he told me he was coming I got an excuse. He came over with a new part and no tools. They took the screens for the door and it took over a month to get them put in. I just had somebody come out to check the caulk and was told it wasn't the right caulk and some of the 10 windows I bought weren't caulked at all so I had to pay somebody else to caulk everything which cost a few hundred dollars.
