My dealer (Sisson pre-owned) took a vehicle I was going to purchase from out of state to this mechanic for an inspection. The dealer sent me a copy of the inspection and it didn't mention one single issue I found after purchasing the vehicle. Either this dealer and mechanic are in collusion or they have no idea what they are doing. Missing sections of a frame and HOLES means there is active RUST issues with a frame. Why would you omit this from the report or bill? If brakes pull a certain direction then they are NOT GOOD they need to be repaired. And had you pulled off the tires you would have seen they were rusted and crumbling. Oil leaking from the Oilpan means there is an oil leak. So why did the dealer tell me you told them there are no leaks? You helped a dealership scam me out of all of my equity. It was a 1992 Toyota pickup for your reference. read more

I used to deliver parts to many garages in the area and this is the cleanest, most professional garage in Uniontown and likely the whole county. I took my cars there until I moved away, and I definitely trust this place not to serially misdiagnose car issues or do shoddy repairs. The shop owner is straight-forward and very particular about the standard of workmanship so you can definitely trust Karnuts not to half-ass your repair or scam you. Needless to say, they're busy usually, so I advise booking your routine jobs in advance and being flexible. It's totally worth it. read more

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE star is being generous!!!!! I was home visiting for a week this summer and was in need of tires for my car. I bought a set off of tire rack and had them shipped to Karnuts. I called carnuts before they arrived to see about getting them installed. They said to call the following morning. I was on a tight schedule due a wedding, taking medical board exams, and being in town only a short time. So, the morning after the tires arrived, I called to see if they could install them. The man that I talked to said that he would call back in 15 minutes to let me know. 45 minutes go by and I hear nothing. So, after several back and forth phone calls, I ask if I can just pick up the tires and have them installed at another location due to time constraints. When I arrived at the business, the first thing that is said to me is "are you the guy who has called here six times?" I politely explained that I was in a time crunch and needed to be at a wedding in a few hours. The man proceeds to spew excuses about how they had police cars to service. I understand that business are busy, but why not explain this to me on the phone? A little communication would go a great distance for Karnuts. So, I said, that is fine, and asked if i could just take the tires. The man responds "SO you just had these tires delivered here for NOTHING?" He storms off, goes to get the tires, tosses them by my car, and mutters "HAVE a nice Day" with as much sarcasm and arrogance possible. I have NEVER been treated this poorly by a business before and would never recommend ANYONE, even a worst enemy, allow Karnuts to even put air in my tires. read more

well let's see I bought a 2003 Honda civic that was on the craigslist and I paid 1,000 dollars for the car the guy said it only needed bolt on parts ok. Well that was fine we took the car for a ride witch you cant really check them out. Because you really cant drive the car that far to see if it needed a moter or a tranny. Well it seemed ok but like I said the guy would not let us drive it that far. Well I bought it because the guy told me that the only Thang that the car needed was a driver and bolt on parts. Like the back doors, Hood, Window, Bumper, Well when I got home the tranny went out of the dame car. Well I tought it just needed bolt on parts only. Please remember this. Well also the car was to have a clear title. But I just got the title back 3 days ago and it is a mofied title. Like a R Title and noone no's what that means. So what do I have a piece of shit car this guy will tell u anything just to get you to bye a car trust me. There is some nice guys that do work there and talk nice to you. But the owner is rude and mean and don't care who he fucks over. People like me can't go out and bye a new car. I have a family I have to take care of. All he would of have to say was the tranny might need changed and that the title was just like a R title. Now im stuck with out a dame car and cant do nothing with the car. Because people is scared of the title well I guess the guy named his garage right because he is a Nut. And don't no nothing about cars please save your money and run. I don't no why this guy has to be so rude to people. I guess some people just need to grow up and realize. Sorry I had to right this review about this place but it's wrong and when I called him he said that the title was like that when he got it but he should of told me that. And when I told him that the tranny went out of the car he didn't say anything. why cant there just be more honest people in this world today it would be so much easier if there was.
