Luckily, I was able to schedule a car pretty quickly. Tim W., co-owner and operator, handled my questions and offered clear explanation of the price, policy and procedures. The price was quoted was the price I paid without any extraneous fees. Tim W. was very knowledgeable about traffic patterns so I was able to schedule a pickup time that significantly reduced the traffic delays others experienced getting to the venue. (Because I listened to him, we avoided sitting in traffic for hours behind a car accident and several stalled vehicles.) Once we arrived at the stadium, he parked in the lot that was near an exit so we were able to leave the stadium complex with ease. Tim W. was personable, polite, and professional. We bought the tickets over 3 months ago and booked and paid in full a limo with (GROSS-will never use again) VIP Limo in KC. Reminder: PAID IN FULL more than a month in advance. Come 5pm when we were supposed to be picked up, no one showed up. We were told they were booked solid and we were out of luck. My brother found Hobson's Limousine's phone number (thank goodness for that) and he was there within an HOUR. He was one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met. He made sure we were comfortable and had the best time. I will forever use this company and would suggest it to anyone who asked. Mike was incredible and this company is the one to go with!!!! We hired a hummer limo for the wedding party and an executive coach bus for our out-of-town guests. We came to Showtime with a particularly challenging wedding timeline. Separate ceremony and reception venues, 40 minutes apart, with over half of guests coming in from out-of-town. During the busiest wedding month of the year, October. Our wedding ceremony was at Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel & our wedding reception was at The Guild in downtown KC. The limo went from the hotel to the salon to the ceremony to reception. The bus went from the hotel to the ceremony to reception. After the reception, guests were on their own and it worked out fine. Our only minor complaint was the AC wasn't working on either the limo or the bus. Since it was October, it was bearable & we were able to work out a partial refund with Showtime. Overall, Showtime was professional with excellent customer service. We would hire them again.
