In a couple days they called me back and said that I could have the car but now I had to pay $195 an hour plus minimum of 10 hours. They said of course I could cancel if I wanted to at that price I went ahead and canceled. I was told the reason was that they found out it was the NFL tournament downtown in Kansas City that weekend so that changed the price. I told them I signed a contact but that didn't seem to make a difference. With this kind of business practices, I feel like they will not be able to keep up their business if they treat all their customers this way. Please try another limo service before you try this one. Come 5pm when we were supposed to be picked up, no one showed up. We were told they were booked solid and we were out of luck. My brother found Hobson's Limousine's phone number (thank goodness for that) and he was there within an HOUR. He was one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met.
