This is an amazing store with incredible customer service. The throw pillows are the best I've ever purchased.

With the pandemic supply chain challenges, sizing requirements, and one failed delivery already, I had given up on couches, and resigned to live like a college student with a futon mattress as the sitting center piece. Happened into Kasala one Saturday afternoon. There was a couch that fit all the criteria, including sizing, color, style, and comfort. Very helpful service from Amanda, and a good price to boot. What?? - Kasala, will have it delivered to my residence, (not via a 3rd party delivery service) by this coming Friday?? Shut up! Sold. I even asked for a few sectional recommendations given my budget and furnishing space and they helped me identify a few great options. I called back a few days later to place my order when Kasala had a sale and they were able to seamlessly order the sectional for me over the phone & schedule delivery. My beautiful bonded leather couch is flaking like a monkey with dandruff in just over 4 years. Trying to sell it on Craigslist, I see a lot of kasala furniture owners have the same problem. My other couch, which is cheaper and bought at Ashley's, is 8 years old, has seen 2 moves and lot more guests, and is still going strong. Kasala reps told me my 5-yr warranty covered only accidental damage, but they had this complaint from other customers too, and had found out that the problem was from defective materials that they received from suppliers. They refunded me 40%. I'm still stuck with an expensive ugly couch but it was a nice gesture. However, for the price tag, I feel kasala furniture doesn't last. We have other items, like lamps with broken switches, that didn't make it beyond 2 years. Great designs, decent customer service but they need to work on durable furniture. read more

FANTASTIC store! SO I ordered a sectional and an ottoman from this particular store back in 2019. The set has held up so well, we are a large family with kids off and on the couch it has held up nicely! They accidentally sent a matching ottoman when we ordered a camel colored leather one to go with our grey fabric couch, delivery guys were amazing, they took the ottoman back realizing the mistake, they were going to deliver the correct one another day BUT we were going to be near the warehouse the next day, we decided to pick it up ourselves so we didn't have to wait, they opened the box to make sure it was the correct ottoman and that it was in perfect condition then loaded it in our SUV. We are so happy with this place, I remember the customer service was above and beyond, they worked together in the store, we always felt taken care of, we plan to order quite a few pieces over the next couple of months as we are ready to change up a few things in our home. read more

Kasala is a winner! Great style, quality, service and price. I bought an awesome couch there last month. The sales staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In fact, I even got to nap-test my couch in-store for an hour without interruption! When I placed my couch order, it had sold out (it was the last day of their big annual sale). It took a month for the couch to be made and then delivered. Delivery was smooth and the delivery guys were kind. Kasala has great sales!! Not only that, they have a price adjustment policy: within 30 days of delivery; this morning I scored an additional $200 back from my couch purchase. Yay! Do expect to pay more than Dania, yet less than Thomasville. I compared five other local furniture stores before placing my 100% confidence in Kasala for the above mentioned reasons. I have been a Kasala customer for years. Bought their white leather sectional couch, dining room set, side chairs, lamps and accessories. Now that I have down-sized and living alone, I purchased a queen miro bed and 2 side chairs. Delivery was within 5 days from purchase and it was assembled very quickly but guys, the slots are not placed even. The right side was flushed and the left side have a gap. I believe it's a manufacturer's defect. Please have this checked and get it corrected. I will contact you to show pictures taken. Hats off to Ali (spelling?)!!! Thanks for all your help. read more

Very stylish furniture and absolutely cute accessories. Funny little tea filters, interesting clocks, and adorable stuffed animals. I didn't buy anything here so I can't attest to the quality long term, but everything seemed top notch. The ladies working there were also very friendly and not pushy at all as we browsed through the store. read more

I have tried to phone the Kasala store where we purchased the sofa for resolution - phone goes directly to voicemail (and you get about 30 seconds to leave a message). The cushions have tears in them (after 1 month of use). The upholstery does not cover the wooden frame & will probably wear thru the fabric very quickly. When my husband first sat on the thing, he got poked with a needle that had been left behind by the manufacturer. read more

Horrible service. My roommate and I walked in Saturday morning ready to purchase a couch. Not one person said hello. When we finally passed by the counter, the sales associates looked at us and didn't say a word. Annoyed, I sarcastically said, "hi." We found a couch we loved, but because we did not get one acknowledgement from any one of the THREE sales associates standing behind the counter, we walked out and left. read more

We have been looking to buy living room furniture for new house a while now. Have been to every tom dick and harry store and most of those stores are "dick" and very hairy then being tom. We have been to Moe's, Mor, JR Furniture, Ashley, Furniture Factory Direct, Ikea (ruled out as we wanted better than IKEA quality). All the furniture stores have super rude sales staff and super stupid one. Did not like the fact that someone making a costly furniture purchase being treated so bad. Kasala is the most awesome. Amber was the girl who helped she was polite, funny, not pressuring, super helpful and very very nice. We fall in love with this store, very nice living room set, when we ordered they also combined and ordered furniture for us that we liked from the Kasala Outlet. They gave us pricing of the outlet for the items carried at the outlet. Delivery option is also very good $99 for everything you can order, unlike other stores who charge a lot of fees. Warranty is also excellent, 1 yrs for any manufacturing defects and 5yrs for anything going wrong with the frame etc, they let you purchase more warranty for puncture holes, stains etc that one would cause and not a defect on the furniture. LOVE THIS SHOP, buying furniture can be so painless I just can not believe. We still have to get the delivery, I will update once furniture gets delivered. I am pretty unimpressed with Kasala's service. The built of the couch we bought off of them is horrible! We had trouble getting the three seater couch through the hallway door as well as the door of the apartment. The couch is basically made up of a bunch of wood pieces and poly fiber glued and bolted in so taking it apart to get it into the apartment would have most definitely ruined the couch built and the fabric on top. Made in china, what can you expect! Anyhow, I called in to the store to see if they have an idea of the inside built of the couch and if it can be taken apart and of course the lady on the phone was totally not helpful! She says there is nothing they can do and the couch is not meant to be taken apart. I called in another one of their stored and the lady on the phone starts giving ideas for purchasing a new couch from them that is smaller. Ummmm, no thanks!!! Finally called their hardware store and the repairman suggested to take the door frame off to fit the couch through and suggested to not take the couch apart. He was a little more sympathetic so this one star is for him! Never going back to Kasala! Be careful when you purchase from here! Make sure the furniture is either super small or that it fits through your hallway/door frame because its garbage if you have to take it apart! read more

This review is for Dani King from the Southcenter location. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with in our furniture buying process. Our first visit to this store was when it was still a flagship store and it was a cursory visit with less than half hour spent in the store at closing time. Dani was able to leave a mark in such a short interaction as she helped us out diligently introducing us to the concept at Kasala. We were in the market for a couch, ottomans, coffee tables, bedside lamps and pillows for the couch. We continued shopping around trying to find what we liked and visited other Kasala locations as well(spending far more time than our first visit). When we had our mind made up to buy at Kasala, I was reminded of Dani due to the best experience she had provided and decided to give her a call. Dani is very professional and was able to help me with everything just over the phone (never needed to go back in person again) and we were even able to discuss various options to utilize the ongoing sales and promotions. A couple of items were back-ordered and she was excellent with setting expectations and the follow-up on those items. I would say that she did everything she could to delight us as customers. I would highly recommend Dani as a go to person for your furniture needs at Kasala. read more

Kasala had a Times ad for a leather barrel chair - "originally $795 (the price of their top grain leather chair in that style) - now only $297". That brought us to the table. Even though we came to find that the ad was evidently a typo - and was meant to read: "originally $595 - now only $297", they agreed to honor the ad and gave us 2 chairs valued at $795 - a piece - for only $297 a piece. Thus, we got a great product for a tremendous value. Kasala's integrity spelled a short term loss for them but I believe that it will work out to be a long term gain - for all concerned. read more
