This review won't be structured how I normally structure it so please bear with me. Pacific furniture gallery is nestled in a plaza in Southcenter. My wife and I were shopping for a new couch last year and went to Macy's first, but didn't see anything we wanted. As we walked to the car, we saw a guy holding a sign for Pacific Furniture Gallery-- instead of going to lunch we just decided to go to the store. The employees here were extremely warm and welcoming, and after disclosing what we were looking for in a couch, we were shown an amazing Chaise that was customizable and had a top-notch warranty. We were instantly sold and purchased the couch. During the purchase process, we were told it would take between four and six weeks for delivery. This was in early December. After week seven, we had not heard anything from the store. We called were told us it would take some more time. I know just how much the global supply chain was affected by Covid so an extra week or two wasn't going to hurt. Unfortunately, this turned into a month long back-and-forth with the company, with them telling us it would be another week, every week, for roughly a month. My tolerance for pain is extremely high so I tried not to get too upset as to not somehow delay this couch even further. The couch did not come until after week 11, almost double of the max time it would take. The company did waive the delivery fee, which I truly appreciate, but had I known all this would happen, we would not have purchased. Looking at the other reviews, it seems delivery has always been an issue. To wrap up: Pros - We LOVE our new couch, and love how we were able to choose the fabric of the pillows and the couch itself. - The price of the couch, although high, is justified by the quality of the product. - Salespeople were really nice. Cons - Late delivery. It felt like there was always an excuse for the couch delay. Excuses for additional delay didn't feel genuine. - Communication issues post purchase. All in all, I give this place 3/5. Would not recommend for the average buyer, but if you are willing to drop extra cash, check out their offerings.

Non exsistent sales people & pushy sales people. Thank God we found this place. We walked in to a nice showroom of beautiful moderately priced quality furniture. Norene greeted us & asked us if she could help us. We told her what were looking for & she pointed us in the direction of a few couches that matched our needs. She then left us alone to look at them & discuss them. She returned at an appropriate time to see if we had any questions & to discuss the merits of the couch we liked. She said they were able to sell us those couches off the floor & deliver them in 4 days time! Wow! They were delivered on time by polite & professional delivery people. Yes there was a $125 delivery fee from Tukwila to our house near the UW. Well worth it for my husband to not have to drive down there & back twice in his truck that gets 8mpg.

While Mary was on the phone finishing up with another customer, we had another sales rep that was also super knowledgeable - Shaun. We appreciate their expertise. Glad we stopped here.

Went into store as soon as they opened on 3/22/2026. Waited 20 mins for the single person there,…read moreChad, to finish with a customer that got in before us. Wife and I had a series of questions and were being shown different options when another customer came in, who Chad left for and spent 30 mins with. Came back, apologetic, as that customer had come in to discuss her delivery. Ended up spending 1.5 hours in store because there was only 1 person working. We decided on our furniture, a full $7400+ set, chosen specifically because we were told all of the items were in their local warehouses and would be delivered that week, prior to an event we had scheduled at our home on 3/28. I received a call on Tuesday 3/22 by Brittany, the delivery coordinator, who told me that we would not get our furniture until Tuesday, 3/31. I expressed my frustration that we were promised delivery that week, and that what they were doing was a bait-and-switch, overpromising and underdelivering. I told her Chad had made this promise to us, to which she replied that she may be able to use a 3rd party delivery service that handed overflow for them during the busy months, and that she would get back to me. She never did. After my call with Brittany, I called Chad directly at the store, who apologized "for the misunderstanding". ultimately admitting that he made a promise that he couldn't keep. He said that he would get with Brittany to see what could be done, but if nothing actually could be done to get the furniture to us before our event on the 3/28, he would "guarantee that he would make sure that we were taken care of for the trouble". Furniture arrived on 3/31, after I had to call the store and ask what the status was. Additionally, there was nothing included nor followed up on by Chad or Rich's on Chad's second promise of "taking care of us". All-in-all, a terrible first impression and experience. The furniture itself, while well-made, is overpriced for what it is. We were willing to pay those costs due to the promises made. Instead, they took our money and ruined our event by not following through. This will be the last time we ever order from Rich's.

We came here after feeling the…read moresticker shock of shopping around for reclaimed wood dining tables in Belltown, and were pleasantly surprised to not only find reasonable priced tables, benches, etc... but unique, one-of-a-kind pieces with gorgeous character. We were smitten by one table in particular that was made from reclaimed Douglas Fir from an old 1917 apple barn-- we were already sold when we saw the richness of the wood/stain but the history behind the table made it clear that this was the one. Working with Doug was great-- super friendly, knows his craft, and quick to deliver the table once it was sized and refinished. Overall I can't say enough praise about Doug/Plank and Grain-- and anyone shopping for a table should definitely stop in to check out the latest pieces they are working on.

Fast forward to walking into their store, seeing and feeling the fabric options, sitting on a couple sample couches, and a nice cutout display to show my husband the most important part, the guts of the furniture and how it works! An excellent explanation how everything works by Olivia, the manager and an awesome gridded table where you build up your dream couch! We were offered a couple fabric samples to take home, along with emailing me a quote. Once back home though, we measured what we built up and had to make a few changes. I played around with designs on the website and a few emails and calls back and forth and we're all set. They don't deliver to Alaska and I feel like Olivia and Christine went above and beyond to help us with our third party shipper to get our furniture shipped. They ship for free in the lower 48, so it went to the docks for free in Tacoma and we took care of it the rest of the way! A mere 4 days after ordering and I'm contacted, letting me know the order is packed per my request and will be shipping soon! I sure hope we love this furniture once it's here and set up, like we think we will!!

Also really hard to get out of the boxes without destroying them. The assembly was difficult as everything including the fabric was stiff. The pieces of wood that the legs go in were loose and the sections moved and shifted around constantly. I don't know if they are making these in China at a cheaper factory but what we got was not anywhere near what they advertise. Returned for a refund. Original cost $5,648.13. The refund we received was $3,712.72. Short by $1,935.41. I did not received a refund notice but rather contacted them 10 days later to find this horrible discrepancy. Buyer Beware!! DO NOT BUY!
