The first visit from the Terre Haute branch had to be rescheduled due to broken equipment. On the second visit, the spots that particularly needed attention were gone over lightly, but were not well cleaned and left very wet--we firmly believe this was due to bad equipment, not the young man doing the work, as well as the short amount of time allotted our job. To rectify the mess left behind, we utilized an older, smaller Hoover cleaner with cleaning brushes that we own but is difficult for us to use due to our physical limitations and had much better results when we went over everything again. Called the Terre Haute office to let them know we were not pleased and why, and before I could fully detail the reasons, the manager/staff member began talking over me (apparently no one other than he knows about clean carpets) even after I interrupted his tirade and asked to be allowed to address my concerns. At that point he asked if I wanted their staff to make another visit and after the attitude he had dished out, I told him I would not want him or his staff on my property again. He then informed me they would give no discount nor refund and hung up on me. The entire time, I was speaking with a witness in the room with me and she confirmed I was never rude to the man, just trying to tell him how poorly the carpet was cleaned--again, due to what I believe is bad equipment. No wonder they are rated so low! Not only did they not clean my carpet, they took $514.00 because they didn't come back and clean my vents, NO SERVICE RENDER I've reported them to better business bureau,,office of the attorney general. Professional , efficient and courteous . My carpets looked new and smelled great after they cleaned them . They showed up on time as scheduled , treated stained areas and then steam cleaned the carpets . I could actually see the steam which surprised me as I have used another company in the past that advertised " steam cleaning " but they didn't have the right equipment or maybe theirs didn't work . Most of the stains came up and a couple of candle wax stains also looked better ( they did tell me that it wouldn't go away completely ) Overall I was very satisfied with their work . read more

They did a terrible job on two rooms of carpet. I called and complained and was promised they would be back the next day. They did not show. I called them back and asked for a refund. Got an online quote for $189 for 3 room carpet cleaning and dryer vent ($75). Plus there was supposed to be a $99 special for the carpet cleaning. Total price should have been $174. They only cleaned 2 of the 3 rooms. Added a $50 deodorizer I didn't want and didn't give the 3 room discount. Total price charged was $236 ($62 over original price). read more

DONT DO IT!!!! When I pay 400 dollars to a company I expect a certain amount of professionalism , not this one Wish I would have read the reviews. Got a quote over the phone on the day of service the guy called me told me he was 45 minutes out and would see me then, 10 minutes later he shows up I said hey your early he said yea I got to get in here and get out .. shitty attitude from the beginning then had to charge me more cause the quote was wrong. Said he don't move furniture , thank god my kid was home for thanksgiving he did all the moving guy was a total asshole but hey after his initial greeting basically didn't have time to do the work and obviously didn't want to I was probably an asshole too!!.. took him less than an hour to do 3 small rooms and a hallway I can't tell a difference.. the guy didn't even wear a mask I'm sure it says on there website they do but it also says on the website they move furniture but he didn't. Called the office to find out about the extra charges and why is their staff such an asshole all I heard was I'm sorry I'm sorry no he should not be like that I will call you back on Monday.. yea right I have not heard one word from this company. No stars save your money call someone else!!! Wish I would have went with someone else, I will never never use this company again and you should think twice about it!!!!!!! read more

Horrible!!!!! Do not use this Franchise at all. The owner does not care and will not return phone calls. Stanley Steemer out of Terre Haute, IN cleaned my air ducts and destroyed my walls taken vents off and whipping the hose around corners took paint and mud off the corners. Do not use them. Did not use any guards to protect walls. The real sad part did not even clean up after them self and they are a cleaning company. read more
