Each of them was professional, kind and eager to provide us with a very pleasant and easy experience. Ms. Sharon held our place in line as a courtesy after we first inquired about vehicle availability and we expressed serious interest to come and a strong desire to purchase it. Mr. Yoav was very pleasant, had an honest demeanor and friendly, making the vehicle ready as quickly as possible. He also set a very reasonable price on this vehicle and we didn't feel we needed to negotiate it any further than the price already on it. Mr. John was also very warm, honest and pleasant as we chatted thru the preparing the paperwork for a cash sale. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. I've never liked going to or dealing with small lots due to the type of sales/service one usually gets, but the vehicle we were after brought us here, and I was extremely pleased from the very beginning of our interactions. It helped to read reviews that were those of repeat customers before coming here. Being a small business owner, we know that there will always be a person who, no matter what hoops you jump thru, they will just never be satisfied. After seeing and experiencing this nice little place for myself, I know not to let the only negative review that may be out there isn't due to the team here, it has to be due to the person just being generally unhappy about life. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I'd strongly recommend that you patronize this business and tell all of your friends they should come here and expect to have a great experience as we did.
